Definitely not freaky fast today and it was not very busy. I still have no idea how to use a free sandwich reward in-store without doing an online order and neither did the person working there. And why have the ability to save your rewards to GPay if the in-store payment terminals tap-to-pay doesn't work?

Been eating at this location from the first week it opened as it is closets to our house. Been here a good 50 times and have never yet had a bad experience. We typically order online when leaving the house and the order is always ready for us to pick up. Great friendly staff at this location compared to a few others in town. Love the bread!

Absolutely the worst service and delivery times!!! My wife ordered our meal at 11:08 am and received it at 1:09 pm and we live less than a mile away. The Jimmy Johns in Marion needs more staff and also a friendly tune-up...Whoever answers the phones are not very friendly people when a complaint comes in!! Highly disappointed at this time!!! Also they offered us a $5 credit....NOT ACCEPTABLE
