Server put my sandwich on the counter without a bag, had to ask for a bag and he put the bag down basically for me to bag my own order. Customer service is definitely lacking.

The cashier here could be the most rude person I have ever met! From when I step to the counter I could tell he had an attitude. Shaking his head when I asked him questions, didn’t get my order right, I tried to pay with a $100 bill he threw it back at me and told me they didn’t take $100. I will not be back to this location.

Call in for delivery they said it would b 15 minutes it took 50 minutes we had the toasted sandwiches both were cold one was made wrong all the ice had melted in our drinks were water down I'll never eat there again

Workers and management are awful, charged me $5 extra for cheese on their new Bourdon sandwich. Just because they were out of the cheese that goes on the sandwhich? Can’t substitute freaking cheese…since when? And double charging on an already $20 sandwich. What a joke location, never will go back. Rude workers.

For some reason they put my whole sandwich on a piece of bread that was cut into thirds. Didn't cut the insides so I had to try to cut it up with a plastic fork (have you ever tried to cut cold bacon, ham, etc with a plastic fork?) The sandwich was all sort of wet and soggy when it shouldn't have been? And the bread was scooped out which I had not selected.

I'm not sure if it was because they were busy or they just don't care. But definitely an irritating experience when trying to grab some "freaky fast" lunch.
