I love their Chocolate Chip Cookies and Fudge Brownies.I also love the Chicken Caesar Wrap, despite being a limited time option.Every time I order something from Jimmy John's on Kirkwood Blvd, everything looks and tastes great.

How does a sandwich shop run out of bread? Over 15 minutes in line because of no bread and we ordered an unwich that didn’t need bread. Got out of the drive through line and went inside and still waited.

I had the most flavorful sandwich on the menu. It was okay, but not at all worth the $10+, and tasted like it had been frozen. If it was $5 I would consider it good value for the quality, but without competitive prices, Jimmy John's won't receive my business for a long time, which is unfortunate because I like the concept of their food.
