The chicken Alfredo tasted good and looked good but the sauce was like water no thickness to it at all , we got a crab boil spent over 100.00 on it and it was so small there was 3 tiny little slices of sausage in it ,again it had good flavor just very skimpy servings, we had to wait a very long time for our food the chicken Alfredo came out 20 minutes before my daughters crab boil and it wasn't hot just warm , then once the crab boil came out the waitress let us know the potatoes wasn't done yet but would be out in five minutes, 45 minutes later we had been done eating and sat for a long while just waiting and still hadn't received the potatoes so once we found the waitress we asked for our check and the cook came out and gave us a nasty look of disgust as if we did something wrong and not once did we get upset or say anything to them about not being comfortable in there restaurant 😡 and might i add during all of this we was the only people in the restaurant during dinner hours and we was there from 6pm to 730 it was a waste of time and most definitely a waste of money

We arrived as a party of five, at 5:30pm on a Saturday. The place was empty. Our drink orders were taken, & served to us right away. Unfortunately, that was the highlight in service for the entire meal. We were told that they had no king crab, or calamari available as their menu indicated. First disappointment. It took an entire hour for us to be served three appetizers at different times. The last appetizer was shrimp cocktail that was warm. Most likely thawed in warm water before serving. All of our entrees were served at different times. We had to ask for plates. The food was good. Very flavorful. We had to ask for additional crab crackers so we didn’t have to share. They did apologize for the wait, stating that there were only two people working. We were the only people there. We will not be back.

First time being there was nothing but EXTREMELY disappointing. Building was bone dry, maybe one other customer however it took a solid hour just to receive our food in 4 different trips. There was no communication between servers, cooks or us. We got seated in the back (out of sight out of mind) and were never checked in on or asked if we wanted refills. Staff was clueless and “tired” on a Sunday night. The food was below sub-par, customer service was only there when they came to collect our money. We voiced dissatisfaction and were not prompted with a discount or anything other than a “I’m sorry” after a 2 hour round trip. The crab leg meat was almost non existent, the Mac and cheese smelled and tasted spoiled, the cabbage was extremely flimsy and flavorless, main course was also fairly flavorless. This is not a bang for your buck nor even close-to establishment.
If I could rate this a 0/5 I would. I’ve never had to complain about food or service and this was genuinely disappointing. So far as to say McDonalds fish fillet would probably be a better option…

We drove over two hours combined just to try this place & was highly disappointed. We were the only ones dinning in. Took over a hour to receive the food & even had to ask how much longer as other similar businesses are a lot quicker! Another worker asked if we had our drinks yet as they were clearly not on the same page. My meal came with potatoes and corn, but came without as it was forgotten about. My flavor wasn’t what I requested. Macaroni, yams & cabbage were horrible. The crab legs were very skinny with barely any meat. Didn’t seem like they were weighed. Even voiced this to the waitress and nothing was done for any of the inconveniences! Poor customer service as the waitress voiced being tired multiple times & did not check in on us what’s so ever, no refills etc. Please save your time and money!

big space! when i went it was completely empty, lots of seating options, tvs, and a bar area as well. ordered wings for app which were good and then a seafood boil with crab shrimp sausage egg potato and corn and cajun seasoning it was sooooo good! very flavorful everything seemed good quality and taste, took a bit to be ready but worth the wait! the only thing that was unfortunate was they said they didn’t have the shell breaking tools yet they had ordered them but they were still on the way so we had to use forks but made it work :,) overall great experience pricing was decent too, will be back again!

My boyfriend and I visited this weekend to celebrate our anniversary, but unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience. When we arrived, a staff member greeted us at the door and asked if we were dining in, to which we replied yes. She quickly ran to the back and never returned with menus or any further assistance. After waiting for some time, I had to approach another staff member to request a menu. She took our drink order and mentioned that the restaurant was busy, though there were only three other people who had already been served, and one person was even sleeping in a chair.
We ordered a Sprite and lemonade, and after another ten minutes with no updates, we decided to leave. The staff member who had taken our drink order was sitting at the bar scrolling on her phone. As we were walking out, she said, “You didn’t get your food.” Unfortunately, we didn’t want to waste more time or money.
This was a frustrating experience, and the lack of attention and service was very disappointing.

I was told over the phone they had fresh crawfish got there there didn’t even have any , I herd the freezer slam so I knew they didn’t have any or they were fresh, it didn’t even smell like seafood in the restaurant and not another customer there another red flag 🚩.. very disappointed

Our waitress was nothing short of amazing; she was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit, ensuring that we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal to the fullest.
Now, let's talk about the food! It was nothing short of divine—truly a culinary delight! We decided to indulge in two different seafood combos, and we couldn't resist adding mussels to our order, along with some mouthwatering fried catfish. The catfish was perfectly cooked, soft and tender, with a delightful crunch on the outside. The seafood was seasoned with a spicy Cajun flair that brought a burst of flavor with every bite. I believe the sauce accompanying the seafood was a delicious garlic lemon concoction that complemented the dishes beautifully.
Every element of the meal was thoughtfully prepared, and it was evident that the chefs take great pride in their work. I left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied and eager to return for another round of their heavenly dishes. Without a doubt, I will be back to enjoy this incredible dining experience again!
