I stopped and picked up KFC this evening and was very disappointed. I paid for the 12 PC meal and they gave me an 8 piece bucket. Then I asked for original and all dark meat and waited an extra 7 mins for it to cook. They gave me original and crispy and a mix of white and dark. This was very disappointing

Went at 10:20 to order my comfort food when I don't feel good (a famous bowl) the store closes at 11. The dude working the drive through seemed to be irritating. Then said they were out of nuggets so couldn't make them. Now y'all close at 11, and I work at a place broasting chicken and know that little tiny nuggets only take about 6/7 minutes to make tops. That's laziness at it's finest. Your hours are 11... Make food until then.

The older lady was extremely rude while taking my order and impatient (although I took probably a minute at most to order. Then when I had sat down to eat the manager proceeded to loudly degrade the employees and customers walking in. Referring to one as “big” and “not needing to eat kfc”and proceeding to laugh with the workers. Overall I was disappointed and disgusted with the behavior of the manager and his crew.

Went through drive thru, was easy. Asked for my simple #12 order. Tried the cherry poppers. Fresh and tasty sweet. Chicken fillet was warm and nice. Ordered sum cake and got a whole cake💯😅🤣
They didn’t tell us we had to wait over 30 minutes before we get our chicken. The manager was rude and disrespectful she acted like it was our fault we had to wait over 30 minutes for 2 piece chicken meal. We were never offer anything for waiting.

I haven't even eaten my food yet but heres an example of empathy. Ordered two 5 piece tenders meals, got home, one only had 4 pieces. One tender isn't a huge deal but it's a big enough deal for KFC to charge an extra 2 dollars for it so yeah. I called and the guy who picked up could not be bothered about my one tender. I came back to get it and the woman at the window showed some empathy and responsibility. That turned this from an angry rant to a decent enough experience. If I wasn't tired from getting ready to move I would have had more to say to the guy. Either way alls well that ends well. And check your order before you leave.

I love KFC. However, you can't just buy a 2 piece chicken by itself. You have to get a meal. A 2-piece meal for 1 person with tax is just under $13. It's too expensive for me now.
