They refused to serve me—no matter how much I asked for the combo by its number, or how many different ways I tried to place the order using a translator. They treated me very poorly, never actually took my order, and so I left. My worst experience

I would give them zero stars if I could. Ordered food online and when I got there at 10:00 pm I was told that they didn’t receive my order. Funny how that never happened before. The manager/supervisor named Mike said that they didn’t see my order and that it always happened. Yeah,ok! I’m sure it always happening at night😂. Had to pull over and call customer service to trigger my refund. Remember that I had cash so I pulled around (at 10:30) and was told that I couldn’t order because they were about to close. Fork found in kitchen!! It suddenly made sense why they didn’t see my order!! They were being lazy and didn’t want to drop chicken at 10:00pm. Thats laziness in another level. That mean that they were serving cold chicken for the last hour of the day🤢🤢🤮.

Food was what you’de excpect but had a almost $27 dollar order and didnt recieve any of my sauce or any of my 4 biscuits and it was pick up. Couldnt do anything 48 hrs later even w receipt but whatever, still sucked since we were the only ones there upon pickup. -100/10 wouldnt recommend and useless service

I ordered for delivery, waited longer than usual because I understand it’s New Year’s Eve. My driver gets there to pick it up, and the employee tries to tell them I never placed one. So then he puts me on speaker and then the employee tells me that they’re too busy to make it and I need to cancel the order.
I would have waited longer because I UNDERSTAND it’s busy for the holiday, but to not even bother??? 2 hours before close?? That’s what got me. No sorry, no nothing. Just tells me to cancel and tells the driver to leave. Don’t accept the order if you can’t fulfill it.

Good Halloween decorations fast staff and good food.
I stopped and picked up KFC this evening and was very disappointed. I paid for the 12 PC meal and they gave me an 8 piece bucket. Then I asked for original and all dark meat and waited an extra 7 mins for it to cook. They gave me original and crispy and a mix of white and dark. This was very disappointing

Went at 10:20 to order my comfort food when I don't feel good (a famous bowl) the store closes at 11. The dude working the drive through seemed to be irritating. Then said they were out of nuggets so couldn't make them. Now y'all close at 11, and I work at a place broasting chicken and know that little tiny nuggets only take about 6/7 minutes to make tops. That's laziness at it's finest. Your hours are 11... Make food until then.
