I’ve been here a couple times, it’s usually consistent and really good. I always get a chocolate shake made with chocolate ice cream. Instead I came in tonight and asked for that. I get given a chocolate shake with chocolate syrup all over the edges. I take a sip and yep you could tell it’s that nasty artificial Hershey syrup taste with vanilla ice cream. I was disappointed, went up to the window thinking she maybe heard me wrong. She insisted that it was made with chocolate ice cream and “shake mix” which well… idk if anyone knows what that is. I won’t be coming back. She lied to my my face about a mistake she made rather than correcting it. Poor service. Would really like a refund but from other reviews on here it sounds like they don’t like correcting their mistakes.

Came in this evening to get milkshakes, but were bluntly and unapologetically told by the attendant that she had already begun cleaning the machine so we would have to order something else. It wasn't even 6pm.... The avalanche I ordered was okay, but definitely not what I wanted. We were excited to try this place but wound up leaving disappointed.

Other ice cream places, takes notes. Kool-Moo HOOKS IT UP!!! My cookie dough avalanche had SO much cookie dough. Cookie dough in every bite. This is how you do it. Two solid thumbs up

I have been to the Kool Moo quite a few times this year. The first time I had a great experience and I made sure to bring the rest of our family back on several occasions. The ice cream has always been great, I really enjoy the outdoor seating area, and everything has always been very clean! The customer service has been another story. The older blonde-haired woman is very unpleasant and will not even smile or acknowledge you. The first time, I thought maybe she was having a bad day, which I completely understood. However, that seems to just be her nature. After my experience with her tonight, and her incredibly rude demeanor, I will not be returning.

I'm going to sound like a broken record reading the reviews on here, but the older lady at the window is VERY rude. You can tell she's either the owner or simply doesn't care about her job. It's clear from repeated negative reviews for the same thing over the past year that her attitude is of no care and concern to anyone. Sorry, I love supporting small businesses, but the first time going there to experience such rudeness? No thanks.

My husband and I went to Kool moo on June 22 it was the first time we went they I order LG black raspberry shake he ordered a banana split well he was eating it and found out there was no bananas in it .I called and told the girl my order and told her we had no banana in his split all she o am sorry . she could have offed us another one but she didn't .I will not be back
