This is the 2nd time I come and there is an older lady, and she is very very rude. The 1st time I got a banana split, I said if there was any chocolate I wouldn’t like any. She just said in a very rude annoyed tone “ Ok? What do you want then” and today I go with my 2 siblings and she saw one of them arrive first and gave them a super dirty look and looked me dirty as well. If you come during the summer there are nicer staff, but being at a business treating people like that.. hm.. not sure how you want people to come in while it’s slow. You’re already struggling enough im sure, or maybe not otherwise this lady wouldn’t be treating people so poorly.

We got: A flavor burst cone with watery flavor, granulated frozen yogurt they couldn't serve upright in a cone because of consistency issues so they just dumped it upside down in a cup already melted, and a chalky/granulated pb shake... The added bonus was the rude woman taking our order. ?? Beware that the business isn't always open when Google says it will be and no one answers the phone when you call to double check before driving over. Hard pass!

Supposed to be open, owner updated hours a week ago. We drive over and no lights, nothing. So NOT open.
Updated to respond to owner's response: There was no sign on the actual store, where I was. There was no update on your Google business page. I would have no idea what your Facebook page is or to look there.
I would love to review your actual offerings if you were open when you said you were open -- that was my whole purpose for going there!
PS: Your Facebook said your family was at the State Fair, which is a perfectly legit reason to be closed. But you can't assume everyone has Facebook (or any other single outlet.) You have to post as many places as you operate: The physical store, Google Business, Instagram, whatever. You never know where a customer is or isn't following you, or what accounts they don't have.
I will update my review to 3 stars so it doesn't damage your ranking as much, but it was very disappointing experience. Just an FYI that you need to be more thorough in your notifications!

Was really stoked today when I showed up 10 before close and I saw the lights were on and open light was on and as soon as I pulled in and parked they turned off the lights and said they were closed. Seems like they were just being lazy to me :/
But the quality is always awesome and the taste is perfect

Woman is rude and disrespectful and when i try to call the place to talk to whose in charge to make her hostility right they just let it ring i can see why there wasnt any customers Ps went to parlor city down the street short wait ice cream delicious and they were super polite and friendly i ask everyone to shop better let this place FAIL!!!

We were visiting from out of town and decided to stop for a sweet treat based on reviews. Are we glad we did. The service was excellent and fast, and the ice cream was out of this world. Even more pleasing was the affordable prices on their menu. We'll be back when we visit the area again.
