We just had an amazing and delicious jalapeño bacon burger with great homemade fries! My mouth is still watering and wanting more! Always a great place with friendly service!

-Decent coffee but served very hot and tasted over roasted.
-Mediocre food w/ limited options that was overpriced ($10 for breakfast sandwich with only eggs and a hash brown on it)
-Atmosphere was pleasant enough but uncomfortable seats and awkward seating arrangements. Not a place to go read a book or study.

Awesome food! Had a buffalo chicken sandwich and an iced matcha latte and it was absolutely delicious. A bit pricey but for the food quality and overall taste, I would say it’s worth trying the menu.

Instantly has become one of my favorite coffee shops. I love that Cedar Rapids has this stylish coffee shop with delicious & creative coffee and tea drinks and great food options. The owners are super friendly and the prices are great too! Lovely atmosphere especially on a sunny day when the light streams in their floor to ceiling windows. Lastly, I am a mom of 2 young kids and greatly appreciate the cozy baby changing table in the bathroom.

Such a lovely place to grab delicious breakfast sandwiches, beignets, and a variety of iced or hot coffees. Even more lovely is the ability to enjoy this on their outdoor patio! Will 100% enjoy this next time we're in/near Cedar Rapids.

Very fun, creative, and delicious coffee specials. Awesome menu, with my favorite spicy chicken sandwich in town! You can’t go wrong with anything they offer.They also have the best burger in town. Shoutout the Lightworks "BigMac" Burger.

Great food from great people.

Dietary restrictions: Real food with known ingredients, not processed.

Parking: Parking surrounding the building on all 4 sides. Don't hesitate to use the Benz or neighboring chiropractors' lot next to Lightworks if in front of Lightworks or along the street is full & the street is very seldom full.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome. They love & accommodate kids. Not sure if they have a kids menu, it is a high-quality coffee shop with a somewhat rotating menu of skillfully prepared soups, salads, sandwiches, baked goods, breakfast items, etc.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level & wide door.A wheel chair user would just need help with the door.

Just finished lunch here at the “best cafe in the universe”. With a claim that bold I had to see for myself. It did not disappoint. The Lightworks burger was excellent. I love the homemade pickles. The hand cut fries were crispy and delicious. Super reasonably priced too. Burger and fries for about 12 bucks. You can barely get McDonalds for that these days. Awesome place ????

I ordered a take and bake/ Christmas box that was delicious! The tater tot casserole was amazing ! Also the cookie kits were cute and even included Christmas cookie cutters but more importantly the cookies were delicious! Definitely will be ordering from here again. I had to remain neutral on the stars for the atmosphere because I didn't actually come in.
