3 Korean BBQ Pork Tacos
Spicy Korean BBQ pork braised in our 2-time award winning Mild Ale with house coleslaw tossed in apple ginger dressing. Served in flour tortillas made locally by The Bakery of Cedar Rapids.
The Witwer Chicken Sandwich
Fried chicken, honey Sriracha glaze, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and garlic aioli on a pretzel bun.
Fritz's Burger
6 oz. pan-seared 100% Iowa beef, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles. Served on a pretzel bun with a side of kettle chips.
Brisket Sandwich
12-hour slow beer braised 100% Iowa beef brisket sandwich with caramelized onions, sauteed mushrooms and horseradish cream on a pretzel bun. Served with kettle chips.

Stopped in on a random Saturday and Carly was an amazing host. she was fun and great to talk to. Had 2 "tastings" of 5 4oz oz pours. THE BEERS ARE AMAZING!! Bought some to go beers and cant wait to visit again(from Chicago burbs)!!!

We're lucky to have a world-class brewery downtown. There is an ineffable quality about every one of their brews. An obelisk of good ideas and hometown values in the storm that is the Iowa brewing scene.

My favorite brewery in Cedar Rapids! Tons of space, both indoor and outdoor seating. The beer is super tasty, I really like the Peachy Keen especially on a hot day. The pierogies were delicious, not something you see on menus often so I love that they have them! I also got the Witwer Chicken Sandwich which was fantastic - the chicken was cooked perfectly, the honey Sriracha glaze was amazing, and the fries are seasoned really well. Love this place!
