Little Caesars Pizza

Got the wrong pizza earlier this week, no worries- was offered another one “free” Lol (obviously just the one i paid for, but letting me know I can get it another time)

Go to get that “free” pizza. Waited 30 minutes to find out it was not even put in the oven… mind you Im in the car with our 8 month old baby trying to console him. Had to drive home, call our emergency baby sitter and come back to my hubby outside with our pizza in the cold since he was treated so poorly. TERRIBLE service.

Tried to call in an order, the phones cut in and out. Drove across town to order in person, and even then they got the order wrong. I was starving and my wife was waiting so I took it. The pizza was fine, but the service left much to be desired. Don;t get me started on the location and what a hassle it is getting to their parking lot.
I'm done. Casey's is two blocks away and the pizza is a LOT better.

Ordered over the phone, confirmed the order 3 times because the person taking online orders had an accent and couldn’t understand or communicate well… when I picked up the order it was wrong, missing a pizza. This is the second time I’ve had my order messed up by this location and I had to wait for a whole pizza to be made AFTER I pay for when I order online or over the phone. The guy working the front counter informed me they don’t have anyone at the location like that so it must be a third party service that handles phone orders. Things like this don’t to make stores more efficient just ends up causing more problems than anything. Not happy.

Recently this location has been closing early. They have been hanging signs saying not accepting any orders at 8:30.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would!!! the employees here are rude and disrespectful, the food is fine I guess but everything else about this location especially the manager is a hot mess!!! I can understand why they cant keep decent employees here.

We didn’t get part of our order, the manager said she couldn’t do anything and stated “her manager would off her if she gave us a refund.”We needed a refund on just the food we didn’t receive, she didn’t want to help and was extremely rude.

Nope. The people are Rude there. Every single one of them. Alec has been there for a while, still acts like he don't know what's going on. And Mary, idk, she went downhill with her customer service.

Been here several times. Has cheap pizza that tastes really good. Service is typically fast. Staff is always polite. If your trying to avoid cooking and just looking for a cheap place to get some food definitely a good option

Didn't feel like cooking due to being gone all weekend so Little Ceasars it was. We order 4 pizzas, 1 pepperoni puff things and a couple extra sauces. Our food (SOME of our food) arrived on time. We were missing 2 of the 4 pizzas ordered. My husband began calling the store. No one answered at any time. My daughter volunteered to drive to the location. Upon arriving ( BEFORE closing time) the lights were off but someone answered the door. She informed them we were missing half our order. He said he'd have to take our name and number and we'd have to get our missing food some other time because there closed. Mind you we started calling at 9:23 pm and she technically arrived before closing time. Had they bothered to answer their phone this issue could have been fixed.

Ordered pizza online took 2 people to find my order and been here for now 25 min after my pick up… finally lady comes out to tell me yea when we get backed up it kicks it to next day.. fyi like it told me that online.. don’t think I’ll do online again.. yes they did make my pizza but never again!!
