Arrived around 11:30 am on a weekday. Lobby was full of customers and just one person in line in front of me. The young lady that took my order was fabulous. I did have a bit of a wait but nothing that was unacceptable. The food was delivered right to my table and was definitely hot and fresh. The lobby was very nice and clean. Great experience!
Service was what we expected. Lady who has been there a long time same as always. Does well at taking order correctly with a personality that lacks. Food was good but they got rid of the fries they used to have and to be honest just one more reason to patronize them less. Over the years between raising prices closing stores and changing menu items there have been less and less reason to go there. I Like their food and it is always fresh and hot but just not worth it at this...
The food was hot and fresh. That's about the only thing good. My husband ordered his meal without coleslaw. We told the lady that brought our food it was supposed to be without coleslaw. She said both plates have it so oh well. Didn't even attempt to fix it or apologize. She was very rude about it. We will not be back
