We’ve been coming to Más Margaritas since 2022. It’s the best place for homemade chips and salsa! I love their enchiladas rojás! Everything is made fresh. We’ve been here during their rocky times of course (which definitely affected their quality of food), but they definitely bounced back from that and gotten better! My husband is vegan and they have great vegan options 😋 Our server on 10/25/24, Jan, is amazing! We hope to have her as our server for every visit!
Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian section and you can request any of those dishes to be vegan for an additional $3. Definitely recommend!
Parking: Parking can be hard to find during the high volume times.

The fresh made chips wherebvery good the salsa had a fresh and slightly spicy taste and the guacamole was very fresh and very good. Ordered 2 spicy margaritas. The drinks where presented in cool modern glasses. And our waitress was very good and helpful. The margaritas where anything but spicy very bland and strong, which I prefer a strong tequila taste but unfortunately that was the only taste. The drink would have been perfect with some hints of fruit and lime and subtle spice but really bland. We split a chicken Quesadilla with pico. Unfortunately this was very tasteless. The chicken was very dry and tasted like it was out of a can. There was very little cheese. Maybe there are other choices on the menu that would have more flavors but we left feeling disappointed after expecting alot of different flavors and spices and really had a poor overall feeling about Mas Margaritas. The atmosphere and the staff seemed happy and good at their jobs. The kitchen and bartender should consider stepping up the game. We left Cedar Rapids and headed to Iowa City to enjoy 2 amazing spicy mango margaritas at a resturant that is not Mexican themed. Hope the owners of Mas Margaritas read this review and consider our experience and make improvements. Great location and atmosphere and good people working there

It's been a year since we dine here. What happen? Food always great. Chip were ok. Salsa was nothing. Tonight was not great. The place was empty at 6:00. What ever you had last year get it back. Also there is a credit card charge without notification.
