How do you mess up french fries twice. This is the only non toxic thing other than some of the drinks I can allow my son to eat there. Either they have gone rogue and make fries different from other McDonald or the chain as a whole has hit rock bottom. I hope Arby's does not serve Pink Slime with their sandwiches like McDonald's because their fries are less gross for sure.

The manager took my food after waiting ten minutes and gave it to someone in the drive through instead of me. I asked her about it and she said she was doing the best she could. I told her that's not true because moving twenty plus cars through the drive thru after I arrived and them getting their food and me still sitting there waiting because she gave my food to someone else is absolutely not doing the best she can and she was yelling at me as I was walking out the door. Apparently their priority is only serving the drive thru So they'll get their bonus. While they neglect the customers inside the store.

Kayla or mckayla has horrible customer service called to explain a lack of customer experience in the drive thru and proceeds to tell me that I should have came inside or pulled up to the window? First of all how am I expected to do that when for starters I have a leg injury that makes it extremely difficult to get in and out of my car hence the use of drive thru amd Secondly why why would I waste more time waiting in line just to drop a order at the window that's probably just gunna upset the staff, and Thirdly the simply fact that she took the time to argue with customer rather than resolving the issue is disgusting, be better especially if your gunna call your self a manager.
Discriminatory. If you have any illness or are immuno compromise and require a mask do not go here. They will ignore you and they will treat you like a lesser human.

The worker asked me if she was pronouncing my name correctly which was sweet, and even though I asked for modifications everything was done quickly and correctly. The interior had Christmas decorations up and was clean :)
