Not the first time at this restaurant that they tell you one price in drive thru, only to jack up the price at the window. When I disputed it with the cashier, she " updated" her screen and my price was what I was told at the drive thru. This I'd ridiculous and shouldn't be allowed. No, it wasn't taxes, either, just a change in price. Do better and quit ripping off your customers.

We had wonderful service, my husband forgot his credit card and had to go get it but an employee paid for the meals so my family could eat first and repay later instead of canceling was very kind.

Nice restaurant with a play station. I went to lunch early and they were pretty quick. However they forgot the toppings in my sandwich. How can you forget pickles and onions on a McRib?!?!Kid-friendliness: Has a play station.Wheelchair accessibility: Doesn’t have automatic door but is fairly accessible.

This used to be the best McDonald's in Cedar Rapids. Especially for delivery drivers, now it has become one of the worst. Unassign the most orders from this store. Pies are a HUGE problem. No one seems to know how or when to "drop them". I usually find it works best before the rest of the order is bagged and ready to go....not afterwards causing a 7 min wait as good is sitting getting cold. Workers in contact with food do not wear hair coverings of any kind. Very unprofessional store. What has happened to McDonalds who was once the standard in the fast food industry. It is now a disgrace.

They also have better Christmas decorations inside the restaurant than I have at my house.Food is on par with McDonald's. They have gotten much faster. Gone are the days of waiting 30 minutes for a happy meal, and the restaurant is better for it. I avoided this place before because it was so slow and my kids always wanted to go here because it has a play place. I don't avoid it anymore.4 stars because while it has improved, it used to be terrible.Dietary restrictions: They are good about customizing orders. They have more keto friendly options than most restaurants.Parking: Lots of parking, but some of it is in an awkward spot where you need to pass through drive-thru trafficKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. They are good about customizing their hamburger meal for my picky eaters. Like any other McDonald's but a bit nicer employees service still slow. *Update* shorted a burger called about it Damian (probably spelt wrong) answered claimed to be the manager when asked for a refund said I have to come in with the card used to purchase (fair but frustrated me a little) live far away told him I will come tomorrow because I will be back in town then he started laughing. Frustrated me to no end. I didn't yell or anything just hung up. Will be back tomorrow for my refund though. 0 star service. First time I have ever been laughed at for someone else's mistake. I'm normally a nice person but I will leave a bad review when it's deserved.

The food was what a person would expect at fast food restaurant. My only disappointment was the size of the French fries. Very small width, approximately 1/4" causes the fries to cool off sooner and I don't particularly like eating cold fries.

They charged me for the wrong order didn't refund me and didn't give me the full order, they then started to glare at us while we were waiting for a ice cream cone for more than 10 minutes. Will never go to this McDonald's again !
