Stopped in to get a quick meal as I was traveling out of town. Staff at windows couldn’t have been more rude and clearly didn’t want me there. Just throw the bag out the window. I get down the road. I noticed that the fries were basically all the bottom of the barrel nothing but salt and burn up pieces. And cold , the sandwich wasn’t bad. It was actually hot and somewhat fresh. The drink had no ice, got to cut cost. Your prices aren’t that great and your food and service suck, you wonder why everyone’s just going to places like Chick-fil-A in Culverts. Where you can get hot fresh food quick every time it’s worth a little extra pay, the owners of these franchises basically don’t care about staff or the quality of their food.

No one speaks to you at the drive through windows. Just shove your food at you but you better check as the order is neber complete. Received pop with no ice and always missing sauce. Plus, the ice cream machine is broken 90 percent of the time.
Update: like an idiot I have been through two more times. Ice cream machine has been broken for weeks. Get it off theenu if you can't serve it half the time. Get my drink and no ice in it. I asked and she says machine is broken. No ice, no ice cream? What is next, no cheeseburgers and nuggets?
None of the workers are friendly. They either stare or shove the food out the window. This place is a disaster and nothing ever seems to be done to improve. Close up and let a business who wants happy customers.

I went through the drive-through at this location around 6 PM on a weeknight and ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, a Sprite, fries, and an Oreo McFlurry. My french fries were hot, but didn’t have a single ounce of salt on them. My cheeseburger was colder than room temperature and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I took two bites of it and couldn’t eat anymore. My Sprite Didn’t have any ice in it so it was room temperature. When they gave me my Oreo McFlurry, it was in an open faced cup with no lid and so much Oreo topping was dumped on top that there’s absolutely no way I could eat this in my car without making a gigantic mess. Needless to say, this was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. Can’t really say too much about the staff because they didn’t really say much to me. They didn’t thank me for my business or ask how I’m doing. I don’t think they could care less if they had this job or not which is evident from The food they’re putting out the window.

I ordered from this McDonald's via ubereats and requested adietary restriction and it was ignored. The food tasted off beyond the obviously requested changes. This seems to have been on purpose as such food safety concerns are a major focus for most food establishments. Waiting for uber eats to respond.
Food isn’t the greatest from here as well service is the lowest I’ve seen from McDonald’s stores. Biggest issue is the hours of the store, either it isn’t open til 12AM or they are always closing early by an hour and a half each time I’ve gone they aren’t open

Probably the worst service I have ever encountered. Just because there is a kiosk doesn't mean you let patrons stand at the counter for 10 minutes and not even acknowledge them. Hands down the worst service and location and would not recommend at all.

I try to avoid this mcdonalds as they tend to forget to give me the main parts of my meals. They forget the burger in the happy meal and after stoping in hopes that they get it right they only gave me the pancakes out of the big breakfast meal.
