Usually don’t leave reviews however this store is ridiculous. Our order is messed up pretty much every single time and I’ve never made a comment about it, but this time it was just mind blowing.
We did McDelivery. Ordered a large fry that was barely half full, checked the bag to see if maybe it spilled and there was literally only 2 fries in there that had spilled out. Paid for extra sauces only to receive absolutely none of them. Ordered a McChicken that was not only overcooked, but had a handful of ROTTEN lettuce on it. It was VERY brown and slimy so very clearly had gone bad.

Ontop of the long wait which I understand is not on the McDonald’s necessarily. The way the drive through is designed the second there is any line people can not back out of their spots, as we were in line our car almost got hit 5 separate times. When we finally got to the speaker no one came on for 5 minutes and when we heard a voice is was for the other drive thru next to us so they skipped us completely. Don’t waste your time here like we did waiting 45+ minutes just to order for low quality food.

Order two McChickens add cheese and a large sweet tea light ice $0.79 a piece for cheese. I know it sounds petty but when you have to pay $0.79 for a slice of cheese for each sandwich you expect to have the cheese. It's not the first time this has happened but this will be the last time it happens. So McDonald's is no longer on my menu list. There are so many other places to get your orders right and they don't perk you for 10 minutes for two McChickens

What happen to being open 24/7... everytime we go to get food at around 3-4am the girl in driver thru always says they are closed for "change over". I don't belive it takes that long to change over and even if it does why all have ur menu boards turned on and look like ur still open. I think she just doesn't want to work and just dismisses customers so she can have a easy shift. To top it off this place has been known to have rude workers. Definitely not worth it and so disappointing

The manager w/tattoos on her face was severely rude, did not even greet us customers, argued with us when we asked about mistakes in our order.

I use drive thru. This McDonalds used to have horrible service but the new owners have turned it around and its pretty great.

What happen to receiving ur order at 2nd window? Now we receive drinks at 2nd window 10 min later someone walks around parking lot with people bags asking what u ordered while digging through the bags.
Always busy alot of traffic with high-school students...drive thru is fine but dining in i would not suggest

I stopped to get dinner for my family, and a surprise cookie tote for my lady. I was instructed to pull forward to spot #2 to wait for the cookies. I sat there for 45 MINUTES before getting them. Imagine my surprise when I got home and discovered nearly all of the cookies in the tote were broken to bits, aside from 4 underneath the heap that were burnt to a crisp. The fact that they forgot the sauce cups for our nuggets happens so frequently its expected at this point. Unreal.
Edit* It happened again, minus the order of cookies. I took my son through the drive through to get him some nuggets and fries, and a McDouble for myself. I paid at the first window and was told by the second window to pull into spot #1. After 20 minutes of watching the line of cars behind me come and go and with a thunderstorm quickly approaching I decided to go in (my son is terrified of storms ever since the Derecho.) I was immediately confronted by a manager telling me to calm down and asking what my order was. Apparently they forgot. They were nice enough to comp us a free large fry.

Our food took awhile to come out and it was cold. They were rude to us because sauce. They were unprofessional running around and being rude to all the customers. They were extremely rude to a door dasher because somebody took her order. They were very rude to her and didn’t help her and yelled at her and she didn’t understand because she wasn’t fluent in English. They got mad she was recording but she didn’t understand. They were just unprofessional the whole time and extremely disrespectful to the door dasher and their other customers. Their card machine was down also. They take a long time every time I come here. They always have attitudes and are very weird and rude about water cups..

The workers were rude, I ordered my food at the big screen. They took forever to actually get me my food. Then they had an attitude abt sauces. After I finally got my food one worker was screaming at another customer who was door dashing mind you the lady customer couldn’t speak good English, the bathrooms were disusting. And my food was cold.
