They do not seem to pay attention to guests that go up to the counter. The people in back will even see you and hear you trying to get their attention and they won't come up and address that or ask any of their coworkers to come up and address it. Also the cashier person the second my order was done just angrily walked away back into the kitchen. Service has declined over the past month and I'm constantly missing at least one item every time I go here which is on average 2-3 times a week. It's not that difficult to read what the order is and bag every item that was ordered.
