I went through the drive thru and ordered the Angel Reese special. A manager told me they do not have an Angel Reese special on their menu. He argued with me for almost 5 minutes. Can someone please tell me what is written on this bag? It’s a shame he isn’t better with customers, doesn’t know what is on his menu and argues. Very disappointing experience.

Tiki , pretty sure thats her name , all she had to do was hand me my food and drink! She wanted to make some rude comments for no reason. Manager was also rude. Got my refund wont be back.

I'm very disappointed. Ordered in the drive-through with just 3 cars in front of me. Got to the pickup window, and my food was ready, but the shake wasn't. Waited over a minute before I was told to drive around and wait. Started eating my fries, which were COLD, and after about 4-5 minutes, my shake came out. It was a 5 minute drive home, and I went to eat my burger, and that too was COLD. For something that simple, they were not busy (7pm) and the food that bad.

Hash browns seemed like they were yesterday's left overs. They were barely warm.
This location is just horrible. A simple request to make sure mcmuffins are toasted is met with resistance everytime I try this place again. Will not be back

Charges $0.40 for pickle on sandwich after saying the one I asked for came with pickles and when I asked for ranch for two people they gave me two, one of them being cut open getting all over! Good job! ??
