One of the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Let alone a sandwich shop! Soon as I walked in I was greeted like family. Was my first time there and didn’t feel hurried. Owner/Manager made a joke about my high visibility vest I had on. Made me feel right at home! I ordered an Italian sandwich and was surprised from the quality. The bread was absolutely amazing! I eat here about once a month and every time I go, the customer service and the food is great. It's refreshing going into a chain style fast food restaurant and not getting a rude attitude or sloppy thrown together food. The crew you guys have working after 5 pm is rock solid.
