The chicken is good. I didn't try the other meats. The food is ok. I personally didn't care for it though. The chips and queso are kinda bland, good if you can't have salt.

I love coming here and getting the burrito bowl, it always tastes delicious! Especially their Chipotle ranch sauce, I always ask for a squeeze more! Price is pretty good for what you get. Plus a free bag of chips. Staff has always been friendly, place is clean.

Rude and unprofessional. Chris, you could have said call back later when we're not busy. You didn't have to be nasty and insulting. I feel bad for those who work with and for you.

My four-year-old is a foodie. He wouldn’t touch this !! We usually go to Pancheros, I wanted to try something different very disappointing and pricey, dry bland, confusing textures

The breakfast omelets are fluffy and delicious.

You can't get your order the way you need it to be edible. They now only offer Pico and not tomatoes on their own for those that can't have Cilantro or onions. This used to be the only place I could go beverage Chipotle and pancheros did the same thing with only offering Pico. The last time I was in the manager told me they would get the tomatoes from the back if I asked and today I was refused that option. I will never ever return to this location again

Ester as the assistant manager is the worst decision you could have ever made.. She has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I never write reviews I have worked in multiple restaurants and get it. but for my first time ever coming to Moes it was a horrible experience she rushed me, talk to me like I was stupid even though I explained to her multiple times it was my first time. Smallest portions I ever seen. I will never be back. Management should really look at their assistant managers customer service skills.

It used to be great like 2 years ago. Now I have walked in twice and walked right back out. The food looked disgusting as the whole table was dirty. Dried crusty food spread all over. It is like the new workers just don't care. I a. worried about getting food poisoning if I was to eat there now.

Every other Moes in earth gives the hearty welcome to Moe's when you walk in. Never this one. Walked up to the counter, and there was no acknowledgment of any kind. Stood there as he made the online order. No problem with that, but still no acknowledgment. Then, I noticed how dirty and nasty the prep line was and left for taco John's. Hands down the worst Moes I have ever been too. I will just stick to goes to a Moe's when I have a real one to use.

Moe’s Southwest Grill offers great food, great freindly staff and affordable prices. If you are looking for a meal that is both filling and budget-friendly, Moe’s is a perfect choice. The staff is helpful, and I found that I could always ask them if I had questions about the food. I would also like to note that the establishment is very clean, which is a great plus. I would like to say that this is a place that I will be going back to whenever im back in Iowa.
