Absolutely great food AND service. Napoli’s never disappoints.

We love this place, Its a hidden gem in a stripe mall. You would never think such a good super nice, clean restaurant would be in there. We Live in Waterloo so this is our treat when we come to Cedar Rapids. The service here is always fantastic! The food is so good and you get nice size portions, for me they are actually huge because I don't eat much. The rolls are to die for and I personally love their salads. I like the small croutons they use, so much easier to eat. I actually think they would do much more business if they had their own stand a lone restaurant.

I actually took my food to go because I was in a rush working wise but I will say this it was absolutely fabulous. Every time I've gone to this restaurant in Marion, it has been a great atmosphere very good food very nice workers. And the new smaller store that you have on the southwest side of town hasn't disappointed much at all. The food is still the same, excellent, and I hope to be going back there again pretty soon do have a full three course meal and enjoy every minute of it.

Our party arrived at lunchtime. We were greeted and waited on by Addie, who arrived with waters, bread & oil, and menus stat.

I asked her for her opinion on what to order and decided on the Chicken Marsala with gluten-free noodles. She was also able to do Chicken Scampi, tho It wasn't on the menu.

We ordered 3 entrées (which come with an option of a cup of minestrone soup, a cup of tomato basil soup, or small mixed greens salad, so we opted for 1 of each)

The bread and oil is the best thing this resturanunt serves. It is worth coming back for. 5/5

The salad arrived with ONLY iceberg lettuce, no mixed greens, a single grape tomato, 2 cucumber slices, and a cup of low-end croutons. 1/5

The tomato basil soup was amazing. 5/5

The minestrone soup was made to go, and we learned when we got home that we never received it. 0/5

The Chicken Marsala arrived in a large bowl of ziti noodles with a good amount of mushrooms and thin chicken and a watery sauce. It had a decent flavor, but I would not order again as the consistency was off, 2/5

The manicotti is not good. It arrived sad and soggy with 2, YES 2 Manacotti noodles with only mozzarella and no ricotta cheese. The marinara was good. But I would not order again. 2/5

The Chicken Scampi, though a decent portion, was definitely not worth $17.95. Chicken was un-seasoned and very bland. The noodles and vegetables were good, but I would not order it again, and probably won't eat my leftovers, and again, it was missing the soup. 2/5

Addie was extremely attentive to our needs and is probably the best server I have had in my life. I would return specifically for her again. 5/5

I would like to note that we arrived before 2:00pm (lunch menu), but our order was placed after 2:00pm (dinner menu) however, they were kind enough to honor lunch pricing.

The calamari appetizer, salmon piccata, shrimp fettuccine and cheese tortellini were all good/great. Atmosphere is very nice and relaxed and the service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. If you’re thinking about Italian food, you will be happy here.

The rolls are reason enough to visit. Perfectly fresh and soft bread with just enough seasoning on top.

Sausage and pepper parmigiana is extremely delicious! The tomato vinegarette house dressing is... not, but that's subjective. Service was fantastic. Prices were very reasonable.

We've been a couple times, everything was great. Glancing through other reviews and ran across a response from an owner about not allowing pets because a service animal attacked a child at another location. Just felt the need to point out to the owner that denying a service animal entry with their person is illegal and against the laws set forth by the ADA, don't want to see you in the news and have a lawsuit filed against you for such. An emotional support chinchilla on the other hand, that rodent can stay out of the restaurant lol.
