Been here a couple of times and depending on the staff you can have a mixed experience. For froyo self server it's easy. Get what you want, pay, and your good. The couple of times I go for smoothies / shakes and it's a bit more of a hassle due to the toppings needing to be separated per their process. They have a hard time being consistent with the number of toppings your allowed in a smoothie / shake. Once it was a hard 4 limit other times it was a 2 limit and then...
I couldn't rave more about our recent experience! We had met up with a friend and we each have a rambunctious 3 yr old. The owners were on site working and the lady couldn't have been nicer, understanding and even a little playful with our little ones! It put us at ease and really made us feel welcome!!
