I waited close to ten minutes for staff to finish door dash orders I believe. 7 people in front of me 6 people behind . Manager decided to stop working on my order of one burrito to wait on other customers which would be fine but no one took over for him
Ordered 2 burritos from this location. They either didn’t know how to wrap the burrito or used the wrong dough. The burrito tasted burnt and the wrap was nothing like a normal burrito tastes like. So horrible couldn’t even eat it!
Used to be one of my favorite burrito places since it’s beginning in Iowa City. EXTREMELY long wait and not set up to handle online orders or DoorDash/GrubHub orders. Very poor customer service and little to no eye contact. During the prep for the burrito, a change in the metal pans holding the beans was removed and the water on the bottom dripped all over the tortilla. Not sanitary at all
