Food is alright but service is miserable. I often go to this pancheros and almost everytime they’re rude, arguing, or talking about some inappropriate work place drama. Often my orders are not rang up correctly while the workers are rude to eachother and customers. I have walked into countless arguments between employees who are very disrespectful to eachother and customers

Ok. We went and food from here. First off the employee weren’t paying attention. They almost completely ignored my daughter when she was asking to put cheese on her burrito! the employee just began mixing it like my daughter was done ordering it? Took my daughter three times to get her attention not to mention the same employee kept almost putting the wrong things on the wrong burrito! Then when we got home and actually smelled our food it smelled like cigarettes?! Tasted like it too! It was gross so we took it back! The employees barely looked shocked and began making jokes! And then just to top it off there was no manager!

Always poor food and service everytime. This last time I got Little baby, spoons. At least they finally had guacamole. But it was the smallest burrito in my life. Those black kids must be eating everything. Worst Pancheros between Cedar Rapids and Iowa city, On a consistent basis.

The edgewood Westdale location was unpleasant not only because of attitude s but food quality, order accuracy. Whole experience was unpleasant. I do food deliveries and had picked up food from there many times. To think they were on my bucket list to try and when I finally do I have the most uncomfortable experience. Staff is almost always excessively rude. Almost every worker here glares at you while you order and the atmosphere feels very hostile. Walked in to an almost empty store today and was told 10 minute wait on rice and 20 minutes on queso. How do you let that happen??

Ordered delivery, did not get an item, restaurant did not answer phone, called 5 times!!! Ordered several items, nothing marked, had to open everything to see what it was. Very little meat, just like Taco Bell.

Terrible. Just don't stop. Bathrooms stunk down the hall. Super dirty inside them. Food bar was a mess, rice looked super dry, beans and meat were so wet my burrito was more like soup in a shell.Was just driving through, don't recommend stopping.

For someone who’s been to Panch, this store stinks. For all the negative reviews, I recommend getting a hold of the store owners & other management offices, not the manager to once and for all reset the place completely. Every single employee has a bad attitude there’s NO fixing it if the owner Andy or Aaron aren’t contacted and told about the managers behavior.

This store used to be our go to but after tonight never again. Two people on staff, one with an attitude and the other doing the best he could. The food bar was FILTHY! It looked disgusting and everything was being mixed together. Then our burrito was balled up not wrapped due to the poor guy hustling while little miss attitude stood there watching him bust out walk ins and online orders. Then the soda machine had the diet coke label marked over saying regular coke and the regular coke label was written over saying Diet Coke. No lids for soda machine at all and the plastic silverware was FILTHY! That’s just pure laziness. Wont ever be back.

They only care about delivery orders. They will force you, the live in-store customer, to wait while they process all the online/delivery orders despite the fact no one is there to pick them up. If you do not order ahead they do not care about you or acknowledge that you are even there. Visit Chipotle or Qdoba instead. This has happened at every Panchero’s I have visited in the last year.

Shout out to the 4 ladies working this location this lunch hour. Massive rush of people and they handled them so quickly and with great customer service.
