Drive thru cashier wasn't friendly,I asked for sauce and was given a huge handful that fell in my car.Didn't greet us or say have a good day.Got home and a huge part of my plate was missing,I drove back up there and the manager was nice about it.

I always enjoy coming to Panda Express—great food, great prices, and incredibly fast service.

What stood out most during my visit was the team’s performance. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me warmly and worked efficiently. Even during their downtime, they stayed busy cleaning and ensuring customers were satisfied. Their attention to detail and customer service really made an impression on me.

I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but when a business goes above and beyond, I make sure to recognize it. This was one of those experiences, and I’m happy to share how pleased I was with my visit.

Drive thru takes waaaaaaaaaay to long It's ridiculous this location sucks when it comes to waiting. Food however is always good and fresh usually so no complaints in that category.

Service is absolutely awful at this location. No complaints about the food itself. The length of time it takes to get the food after ordering is ridiculous. We love panda but this location never fails to take longer than 15 minutes to get our food.

Hit the drive-through to save some time. Time definitely not saved! I made two simple orders with nothing unusual. They’re not busy, as it was before the dinner rush. Didn’t get either order right. Do better, folks!

Holidays notwithstanding, the staff here is consistent with not fulfilling orders all the way. Every single time I or my family has ordered ahead, there is an issue with my order. I either am missing an entire item (plate, bigger plate, etc.), or items are partly completed (plate missing an entree). Tonight, I chose to stay at the restaurant and check my order before I left.

I ordered for 6 people. All but 1 item was fine. The last item should have been a bigger plate with chow mein as the side. That means three entrees. I received 2 entrees in as small a container as possible. They, thankfully, were willing to correct the issue and give me my correct, full order.

In conclusion, they need to hire better staff at this location that care enough to pay attention.
