Every time I come to this place they’re always out of something if not everything. If and when they do have things in stock it’s good but 95% of the time they don’t have what you want. I definitely won’t be coming here anytime soon.

I live closer to the Panda Express on Edgewood but drive to the one on Collins because the food is so much better than the Edgewood location. Make the drive to this location, and you will see the night and day difference in food quality.

i’ve gone in and asked for chilli sauce the past 5 times and they either give me soy sauce or sweet and sour. i even said siracha this time and they corrected me to “you mean chilli sauce” and still gave me soy sauce. foods good but it’s not that hard to grab the red packet that says chilli sauce. mildly

Service sucks, they will make you wait at the counter to order your food for 15+ minutes and maybe longer if you don't have the guts to ask about getting some service. Then you are told,"you have to wait your turn..." What you can't provide adequate counter, drive through and online order SERVICE! SHAME ON YOU!Kid-friendliness: No,not really, grumpy ?

Ordered on there’s site. They dont check what you order. Do not give refunds. They just take your money. Never will i go to a panda express again.
Arrived in the drive thru at 6:14 pm… parked outside still waiting for my food at 6:46. Unbelievable that I wasted this much of my time tonight.

Food is good but the employees aren’t. Don’t even know what the sauces are. The one lady said “I just work here” typical unsuccessful, unmotivated, clock in clock out mentality. I choose to eat here cause I like the food, but this is why I go to NAPA vs. other parts stores, cause the employees have passion and aren’t just cashiers.I think the employees need product training because if you can’t help the customer then you’re not doing your job properly.I didn’t feel welcomed. It seemed like “get your food and get out” I was the only one there ordering so there was no reason for the employees working to feel it was such a burden. You have an economic value to the market place, to be paid hourly for your duties.I’ve worked on both sides of the counter. If my manager asked me to clean the toilets I would, and be the best at it, this is the difference between what you should doing and how to act vs. how not to act.
