I am okay that it was busy when I arrived. Service was great and quick. I had two bagels chicken and spicy steak bagels. Both of them were tasty. There is no Drive-Thru but that is okay. If I am staying near this place, I would eat again.

I ordered a take out and the food was good. But don’t order their mango shake, it taste bad. You would think of almost $7 per cup, you can taste the mango in it. Lassi mango taste better for half a price .

Panera serves simple but delicious salads, sandwiches, soups, and bakery items. My favorite is their Pick 2, with half a sandwich and cup of soup.
In the day I visited service was fast and friendly. My food arrived hot (soup) and cold (sandwich), just as it should be. Everything was made to order and delicious.
Tables are well spaced so our friend with a walker could maneuver through.
I ordered an additional cup of chicken noodle soup to-go. Unfortunately the cup wasn’t filled all the way, and there were few noodles and nearly zero chicken (see video).
Vegetarian options: Wide variety of vegetarian items available.
Dietary restrictions: They allow you to customize your sandwiches. I think they’ll allow customization as much as possible.
Parking: Dedicated parking spaces around the building. Depending on the time of day, spaces go quick and the lot is usually full.
Kid-friendliness: Dedicated kid’s options.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible. Doors are heavy and manual; non-powered doors.

Order was supposed to be ready at 1:45, wasn't until 2:01. Only had one tiny slice of avocado. Asked for utensils and got none. I love panera but this time I was not impressed.

Well, normally the rapid pickup has been successful. However, this time I tried the French Onion Soup and did not get the croutons! Those are a must! So disappointed as it was also my birthday. Also all you get for a birthday is a half price bakery item? It has been awhile since I ordered and it will be another long time.

You call this a grilled cheese? How do you even manage to make the cheese on the inside more cooked than the bread itself? If I wanted a cheese sandwich I could've saved money and made one myself at home. Absolutely disgusting. Stay away from this place.
When we asked for our drinks at the pick up counter they told us we had to wait until our food was ready. Not even two minutes later a different family had asked for there drink cups and they were given to them before they had got their food. When we got the bagels half of them were not hot from the toaster. When we got our cups they didn’t give me the coffee cup for hot coffee I ordered. They gave me two plastic cups for pop. The lady at the pick up counter was extremely rude for picking and choosing who gets special treatment and who doesn’t. As a manager elsewhere I expect a lot better in customer service if my employee did that to a customer in front of me they would be getting a write up and would be leaving work for the rest of the day due to their attitude. I will not be returning to this location again maybe never return to another Panera again.
