Mac & cheese hasn’t been filled the last couple times I’ve gone, you can clearly see that’s a whole missing scoop… unacceptable.

I got the big bowl of chili. Absolutely horrible!! Hormel chili in the can is better than this crap. $9 down the drain. Only ate one bite. The rest of our food was just ok. I'm super disappointed because their soups are usually good.

Friendly atmosphere, the employees were respectful and courteous. Ordered the bacon turkey brovo. A smash hit for my hunger spot. Good sandwich for the price if you dont mind spending an extra dollar. Parking lot had its spaces, but front row your not getting a spot unless you're handicapped or doordash. Great seating area, and clean, especially for the amount of traffic coming and going.

I should’ve read the reviews before going here, good no taste food quality no there, mess up on your order then give it back sloppy, wast of money and time, Panera manager do better job.

went to the Panera, Paid for food, but was unable to obtain any. Waited 15 or so minutes for it to go order, Had not been started yet, Said it would be another 15 to 30 minutes, Requested refund, Told me they would do it, but did not. Called customer service, They tried to offer me an expiring $15 coupon, Which was unacceptable. Said that it would take 30 or more days to complete a refund and not try to compare me into taking the coupon rather than refunding my money. Do not recommend this place to anyone Who needs their food in less than 45 minutes. Customer service response Was also unacceptable suggesting that quality of Panera continues to decline

Love their food and some of the workers are nice and amazing about getting all of my order right. Being pregnant it is definitely my #1 craving and is the only thing that will stay down. Definitely is the healthiest to eat too since everything there tastes fresh and every meal has veggies in it. Also love their sweet treats as of course being pregnant I am craving some sweets.

Put my order in at 930AM for a 10AM pick up. I arrived at 10AM but waited 28 minutes for my order..... I had 2 items. Ive NEVER gotten my order from them on time or within 5-10 minutes

I love the order ahead app and for a long while have used this app at Panera- I have however noticed that the time is gives you is rarely the time you will receive your order in the last 6 months or so - I think the food here is great- love the salads and they have some great workers but this new way of ignoring people trying to order, no eye contact feels rude? We tried ordering in house from the app from my business to eat there- we arrived when the app sad or food wold be ready and then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes- no drinks- while we waited, and our lunch break was over by the time we actually got our food :( this happens in the mornings as well when I order before I leave home and in the app says the foods ready then I go snide and it’s never on the to go shelf :/ annoying

Paid $10 for a bowl of mac & cheese and a drink, and they only gave me a little tiny scoop of mac & cheese. Too expensive for their portions.

No half & half for the coffee. No energy by the management and if I had not used the ipad to order it would have been worse.

Upside is that the kitchen staff in the window were really nice and actually engaged in conversation, all be it short and to the point.

I’ve been in the store for 30 minutes while the order I was picking up was ready about 20 min ago I have not been greeted by anyone nor did any of the workers look my way when I was right in front of them very disrespectful you need to hire better workers
There was an older lady that kept walking by us and did not say anything and she knew we where right there would not rec recommend
This place go across town there better
