I was not too impressed with the gal that took our order over the phone, but when our pizzas arrived (which I wish I would have gotten her name) was awesome! Our pizzas were delivered on time with a lot of toppings, still piping hot and the delivery gal was so nice!

I had the BEST delivery driver named Katelyn! She brought my food hot like it was right out of the oven! She had the best quality of any pizza driver and pizza artist I’ve ever met. Will order again because I loved her service!

I have a horrible experience with this place and I won’t recommend it to anyone, their delivery service is just awful but their food is good but moving on, within a 4 hour span I made an order of the same thing at different times expecting it the first time, so ten rolls around and I don’t have my food, not a single car pulled up not a single call or anything so I call the place to be like where’s my food. And here’s how the conversation went, I asked why I haven’t had my food and the attempts of me reordering it have gone, and they told me they “have called and came to the place 4 times” and they couldn’t do anything about since the drivers won’t get paid and mind you I was at the window after my first attempt of ordering and nothing came so I tried to explain no one came to my door, they told me “you can come and pick it up” like why else would I order it to be delivered to me if I could pick up, guys don’t waste your time on delivery and just go get it yourself since they’re incapable of delivering a single item.

Called in placed my with manager on duty order it took an hour to get to me no sauce with the wings when i stated the sauce and ordered 4 dipping sauce for the stuff crust and none of them arrived i called they said a driver was in the store and could bring it right away they waited for my driver to return and he was to bring my sauce he didn't take it out on the delivery so now they got to remake my order and bring everything. So over 2 hours for my order

Ordered through door dash last night. The delivery and driver were on point! The food was DISGUSTING! We got a pizza that looked like it was thrown on the floor before they put it in the box. We also ordered garlic/Parm bread sticks and garlic/Parm boneless wings.....it was like the Parmesan went bad months ago. Bread sticks were doughy and squishy..... The chicken was similar to that fake crunchy chicken or they made it with gizzards.
Worst experience ever. I'll never order from here again. Which sucks because it use to be amazing....

The wings were cold on the inside, and there was hair in the box. I tried to call and speak to the manager and she basically told me I was lying. My family has 4C hair lbs, the picture shows this is straight hair. Horrible management and professionalism.

Night shift 6/10/24 @11:21pm SUPER RUDE. Ignored me when I came in to finish their conversation & still just ignored me after. I was the ONLY customer in there & they had no orders. Then refused to give me my door dash order. They were giving RACIST.

The food is great. The customer service is another matter. If you're planning ahead for a scheduled delivery, expect delays. I've had deliveries be anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes late. If a delivery is on time, it's an outlier. I would recommend take out to save on fees and having to deal with the delivery drivers.

Put a order in on new years for a 26.99 special. When I got there to pick it up I was told 33.17. On my way home I did the math. Should have been like 28 something. I called at 1040pm and got told I was charged for the crust I order. No were on the order said up charge. As I was on the phone with the manager she told me next I should go to pizza hut to order. So when you in call in to the store it say calls maybe recorded I do hope someone goes back and hears that call.

Ordered on phone at 6:20. When I talked to the guy he said 45 min wait this was at 6:20. I wasn’t even in town I was doing errands and didn’t get done until 6:15. They had my pizza made saying at 3:58pm. They said I ordered online and I didn’t order online. The manager wouldn’t remake it even though it was cold and I even provided what time I called there line which is a third party. The pizza is made poorly I ask for 1/2 mushrooms and this is what I get! It’s sad you get better service later at night than dinner time. I promise you I won’t be doing carry out anymore. I would travel to a different location then go to this one that your nit even greeted at. At least I know if I order online the food is hot when it’s delivered through the damn app. Only down fall there is that it’s expensive for delivery. This place is falling apart. Last I checked places like this is suppose to be customer satisfaction not about the loss of product that cost cheaper then the amount charged for a pizza.

Brooo I ordered a bbq pizza and omg it was sooooo good literally the best pizza I’ve had in a long time! The pizza and dessert were both delicious and wasn’t cold! They were both ready in like 15 min or so faster than the estimated time. Would recommend.
