Pizza was made before I got there and I was earlier so was a premade. Wasn't really warm and wasn't as good as I have had from other stores.

The quality of this store has taken a sharp downward turn. Numerous orders have had missing requests. They forgot to add additional toppings and now on two consecutive orders have forgotten to add the parmesan garlic crust topping. - They cannot be trusted anymore. Always check carry out orders before leaving and demand compensation when they mess up. I can't help but think this is due to hiring workers in the ever changing demographics of the surrounding area.

I've been ordering delivery for a few weeks now, I order with a preset delivery time an hour in advance. Order is constantly late and seldomly hot, giving them the benefit of the doubt I continue to order and seemingly waste my time each time I'm at work. I'd order elsewhere if you're on a time schedule, this store is absolute garbage

I was not too impressed with the gal that took our order over the phone, but when our pizzas arrived (which I wish I would have gotten her name) was awesome! Our pizzas were delivered on time with a lot of toppings, still piping hot and the delivery gal was so nice!

I had the BEST delivery driver named Katelyn! She brought my food hot like it was right out of the oven! She had the best quality of any pizza driver and pizza artist I’ve ever met. Will order again because I loved her service!

I have a horrible experience with this place and I won’t recommend it to anyone, their delivery service is just awful but their food is good but moving on, within a 4 hour span I made an order of the same thing at different times expecting it the first time, so ten rolls around and I don’t have my food, not a single car pulled up not a single call or anything so I call the place to be like where’s my food. And here’s how the conversation went, I asked why I haven’t had my food and the attempts of me reordering it have gone, and they told me they “have called and came to the place 4 times” and they couldn’t do anything about since the drivers won’t get paid and mind you I was at the window after my first attempt of ordering and nothing came so I tried to explain no one came to my door, they told me “you can come and pick it up” like why else would I order it to be delivered to me if I could pick up, guys don’t waste your time on delivery and just go get it yourself since they’re incapable of delivering a single item.

Ordered the taco pizza, terrible! Just a mess of a pizza, not even fit for the compost. Never again.
Called in placed my with manager on duty order it took an hour to get to me no sauce with the wings when i stated the sauce and ordered 4 dipping sauce for the stuff crust and none of them arrived i called they said a driver was in the store and could bring it right away they waited for my driver to return and he was to bring my sauce he didn't take it out on the delivery so now they got to remake my order and bring everything. So over 2 hours for my order

Ordered through door dash last night. The delivery and driver were on point! The food was DISGUSTING! We got a pizza that looked like it was thrown on the floor before they put it in the box. We also ordered garlic/Parm bread sticks and garlic/Parm boneless wings.....it was like the Parmesan went bad months ago. Bread sticks were doughy and squishy..... The chicken was similar to that fake crunchy chicken or they made it with gizzards.
Worst experience ever. I'll never order from here again. Which sucks because it use to be amazing....

The wings were cold on the inside, and there was hair in the box. I tried to call and speak to the manager and she basically told me I was lying. My family has 4C hair lbs, the picture shows this is straight hair. Horrible management and professionalism.

Night shift 6/10/24 @11:21pm SUPER RUDE. Ignored me when I came in to finish their conversation & still just ignored me after. I was the ONLY customer in there & they had no orders. Then refused to give me my door dash order. They were giving RACIST.
