I’ve dined at countless Indian restaurants, but this was the first time I couldn’t finish my meal. The food simply tasted badly. It wasn’t good at all. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish.
We ordered several dishes, but they didn’t arrive together. As we waited over an hour for the biryani, the other dishes grew cold. Eventually, we were told they were out of biryani—leaving us with cold food and a lot of frustration. To make matters worse, when the tandoori platter finally arrived, the chicken was undercooked.
It was also disheartening to see another customer who had ordered biryani for carryout wait for over 30 minutes, only to be told after arriving that they were out. That kind of mismanagement is unacceptable.
The only bright spot was the service. Phani, our server, was friendly and attentive, but even he couldn’t make up the owner’s mismanagement. It was clear that the focus isn’t on this restaurant—perhaps it’s directed toward their other location.
I overheard several other customers expressing disappointment, and now I understand why. Sadly, I won’t be returning, nor will I recommend this place to others. I simply can’t risk suggesting it and having friends or family face a similar experience.

Recently visited Paradise for a Saturday buffet lunch and was not impressed with their spread. With only a couple of non vegetarian options, I was hoping to see these trays atleast half full but was disappointed that they were empty most of the time. The dishes were all mediocre in taste and lacking in flavor. The menu options probably might be better but the buffet is definitely a waste of money.

Food is fine. Pretty good really. The service is absolute trash. Never on time. I order food, said 5:52 for pick up. Was damn near 6:30 by the time we got it. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Lady in front of us had been waiting an hour.
Tip to the restaurant, if you can’t make things on time then don’t do the pick up orders.

Can’t wait to go back!
The best Indian food I’ve ever had, and it’s in Cedar Rapids!! The staff is always friendly, the food is amazing, and the music videos tie it all together. We really enjoy the buffet on Sundays because we get to try something new every time.

Every week i get down here sitting on my spot, dont even need to order anymore coz they all well know my fav food biryani. If u wanna try dum biryani close enough to hyderabadi taste, definetly its a good place in the town. I dont go to places where they serve pulihora or whatever calling it biryani. Also i like the buffet here on the weekends.
Gotta a wait a bit to get the order serve but im not in a hurry. U get good taste of india while other just have it in their name only!!!

Good food - we told them mild for all foods but this was highly different amongst food. The spice level for each food is random and different even between the same food/spice level and different days.
The service is ok - we came around 8pm but nothing special. They have multiple menus that have wrong information about the dosa - it is only Wednesday even though everything says on weekends as well.
There was no atmosphere, soon after we came they turned off the music and we decided to play out own.

Had Indian food for the first time in my life from here and now I’m having an allergic reaction. The way the butter chicken on Uber eats is described it says nothing about nuts being in it so I figured I was all good like most main dishes I get from anywhere else. And they don’t allow the option to make it allergen friendly. Would’ve been nice to have some warning or at least have the chance to say I have a nut allergy so they could make it without and in a safer place.
Good taste.
