Stopped in while waiting for a delivery pick up. Years ago while laid off my son and me helped at this location, so my experience led me to trust a meal.
Bought the lunch special including a cheese slice, bread sticks, and drink.
Though the slice was small the entire thing was delicious. Just like when we use to help and live in the area. Having recently returned am glad to find PR is as good as ever.
I would recommend the lunch special.
Full disclosure, as a native of Brooklyn NY am a bit of a pizza snob. This said, my experience every single time we ever had a pizza here over the years or even buying a dough ball to make a homemade pizza to this more recent lunch special. Since returning the area. Is scrumptious.

As a person who tries to find good “hole in the wall” pizza shops when outta town, I gotta say I will definitely miss this one. The pizza was really good, the crust was baked with that really nice soft crunch, the sauce is very tasty, and the price was a good deal for a large. But I think the garlic breadsticks are an absolute MUST. They’re very similar to Little Caesars Crazy Bread but 100 times better (baked right and not overly greasy). If you are in the area or happen to be passing through, I highly recommend giving this place a try!

This Pizza Place in Cedar Rapids Trash🚮 ordered a medium 1 Topping Pepperoni pizza 🍕 are 2 slices within 10 minutes throw up 🤮 every ingredient made. Called and ask what can we do he said nothing 🤔 I’m ServeSafe certified and manage restaurants for years and Sam has bad customer service so I’m letting SAM know that your restaurant is on the same level as Pizza Daddy & Little Caesar or Casey Pizza 🍕 never made me throw up and is better than Paul whatever the name Sam if you’re reading this remember Customer Service get your company Good Reviews Bad reviews comes from poor customer service like this one you ask for you’ve ruined my experience at Paul Rivera and my family & I are never eating here again been here 16 years in CR 1st time eating here SAM ruined it✌🏿🚮🚶🏿🚶🏿

I got delivery to my hotel. The food arrived ahead of schedule. I ordered the lasagna, two garlic toasts and a couple of drinks. The lasagna was fantastic as was the garlic toast. The delivery driver was pleasant and called me because I did not include a room number on my hotel address.

We go here for the lunch specials on a regular basis. Shelby is always very quick and helpful, she handles all our crazy customizations and requests and gets it all correct. Thank you for the food and great service.

Always a welcoming greating walking in. It's mostly an order out with some eat-in options. This place offers some of the best garlic bread - seriously! Pizza is a good choice as well.
Worst pizza of my life! Ordered Canadian bacon and pineapple, which ended up being greasy bacon crumbles, it was not Canadian bacon. There was such little sauce on the pizza I had to lift the toppings to see if there was any there -which I couldn’t even saw it was a small amount- a dusting of sauce was there. NEVER AGAIN

My daughter and I got a taco pizza and it was freaking fantastic! It was loaded with toppings and the crust was superb. When we're back in Cedar Rapids we will definitely order from Paul Revere's again.
