Disgusting pizza and chicken was soggy and undercooked when asked to make it right they said that’s how the chicken comes, horrible customer service

Just had pizza delivered by a very odd individual. Would not give me my pizza until I handed him his pen and then the tip i had in my hand...very odd exchange i felt. I believe what i heard was either ill take that or gimme that...so that was cool. He will remember because my facial expression wasnt exactly friendly at that point. Good thing i had a tip huh...Pizza is good happy with my order. Just won't do delivery again

The customer service is great!And the pizza, breadsticks, dessert sticks, wedgies are all awesome!!If you love garlic, go for the breadsticks!!Wedgies are calazones, and they are so big you can share! The amount of toppings are perfect.
The food was really good great pizza tacos salad was delicious I would highly recommend as someone who travels several state to try this

A good way to run any business into the ground is bad customer service. We ordered dinner and had it delivered. We realized part of our order was missing and called to inform. We understood that they were about to close and weren't expecting them to come all the way back to bring the food that was forgotten, but would have liked a refund for the food we did not receive. When we called the lady who answered immediately had a rude tone and made a remark that insinuated we weren't telling the truth which is quite insulting. We have a ring camera with footage if it were truly an issue so that they can see what we received versus what was ordered. We did not get part of our order that we paid for, did not get a refund, and did not even get at a bare minimum an apology for the inconvenience. Instead we got met with a rude response and insinuation of being liars. We should have listened to the reviews we saw about awful customer service here.
I went here to try out some new pizza in town . When I walk in the place, it seem clean and decent . Customer was excellent. Pizza on the other hand was a 4/10 . Fresh dough ? Pizza sauce no flavor . And expect really greasy pizza . Which I don’t mind . Also last but not less the pizza wasn’t as hot as I expected a pizza to be straight out the oven . I believe they may have taken it out to soon because my two 14 inch pizzas were done in 15 mins
