The customer service is great!And the pizza, breadsticks, dessert sticks, wedgies are all awesome!!If you love garlic, go for the breadsticks!!Wedgies are calazones, and they are so big you can share! The amount of toppings are perfect.
The food was really good great pizza tacos salad was delicious I would highly recommend as someone who travels several state to try this

A good way to run any business into the ground is bad customer service. We ordered dinner and had it delivered. We realized part of our order was missing and called to inform. We understood that they were about to close and weren't expecting them to come all the way back to bring the food that was forgotten, but would have liked a refund for the food we did not receive. When we called the lady who answered immediately had a rude tone and made a remark that insinuated we weren't telling the truth which is quite insulting. We have a ring camera with footage if it were truly an issue so that they can see what we received versus what was ordered. We did not get part of our order that we paid for, did not get a refund, and did not even get at a bare minimum an apology for the inconvenience. Instead we got met with a rude response and insinuation of being liars. We should have listened to the reviews we saw about awful customer service here.

I went here to try out some new pizza in town . When I walk in the place, it seem clean and decent . Customer was excellent. Pizza on the other hand was a 4/10 . Fresh dough ? Pizza sauce no flavor . And expect really greasy pizza . Which I don’t mind . Also last but not less the pizza wasn’t as hot as I expected a pizza to be straight out the oven . I believe they may have taken it out to soon because my two 14 inch pizzas were done in 15 mins

I first became a fan of Paul Revere's several years back when I worked near the Kirkwood location and regularly bought my employees lunch. Now that I've moved, this location across from Theisen's has been my personal go to. I mostly order online for delivery, which made for a good chuckle once when I showed up and one of the employees said they had been worried I mistakenly ordered carry out. I prefer them over any big chain brand and they have great deals whether you're feeding just yourself or a whole crowd. In a town over saturated with pizza options, keep it local and grab Paul Revere's when you've got a pizza craving.

Whoever “Kat” is was completely rude and hung up in my face twice when I nicely was trying to explain my order was undercooked. Apparently she doesn’t understand how customer service works and if your attitude is that bad you shouldn’t be working with people. The fact the company would allow someone with such a bad attitude represent them in this way is sad and she claims to be a store manager which makes it worse. Such a disappointment for our first experience.

Pizza was gorgeous! Though be wary if your credit card isnt American when ordering online - charged $34 for a pizza and it still didnt accept it!! But it was tasty and that's only online, so will return.. in person that is!!!!

Service was great the staff was friendly and accommodating. The place felt like a 1980s pizza place. Not really inviting. The food... It's not bad but I have had way better. Really it tasted like a frozen pizza with added toppings.

We are new to town and wanted to give this place a try. Terrible experience. Order one large cheese and a dessert pizza - they told us 20 min. I walked in after 25 min, not ready yet no problem. Walked back in after 40 min and was told there was a mixup so they needed 10 more min. At 50 min they tried to give a cheese pizza that had been out of the oven and in a box for over 20 min and a hot dessert pizza (pretty sure they mistakenly gave away the dessert pizza to someone else and had to remake). I asked the manager about the pizza that had been sitting out and he got very defensive (asked me what he is supposed to do). I was hoping for just a small amount of customer service - unfortunately he was offended by that expectation. Got my money back. Some of the other workers had some choice words while I was on my way out. Don’t plan on giving this one a second try.I was ok with the longer than expected wait but trying to give me a pizza that had been sitting out and then getting hassled by the employees for wanting a fresh pizza (especially from the manager)! That’s just nuts. There are too many other pizza places nearby to waste your time on this one.
