The restaurant was like an icebox 🥶 I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich of course with cheese, so I go to check out I wanted a combo I was told I couldn’t get a combo because I had gotten a bottle water. I was charged for the cheese that they put on the sandwich $2.75 also the cheese curds had 9 pieces for $5.99 I paid $23.21 for a sandwich meal😵‍💫😵‍💫 😵‍💫I wanted onions and peppers I’m thinking the veggies are fresh however they are out of a jar. The manager wasn’t the nicest they had onion rings on my tray I said I didn’t order that she gave me a nasty look then pulled them off my tray. I will not return just a disappointing visit. I can see why the store is empty. The store manager needs to understand the importance of customer service and not be rude she was the one who cashed me out and just gave me the worst look. The cook was very nice.

Great food, great prices, friendly employees. I don't like that they are now weighing the amount of fries you get. I get the reason but now it seems like you get a pinch of fries compared to what you used to get.

Place is clean, well lit and in a nice location.

I had eaten at the Davenport location. That one is closed. This location looks similar but has very little energy. Food was underwhelming. Staff nice enough.

Absolutely the worst 15$ I’ve ever spent on loaded nachos in my life. First the place wasn’t even busy and I have to request that the cook clean the destroyed grill before they cook my food food on it. Then the presentation of the nachos terrible. Who put all the toppings for loaded nachos in a plastic to go container and hand you a bag of the flimsiest nachos ever to scoop them up w when I clearly stated my here was for here. Then lastly I get out the lobby w the plastic tray and plastic bowl of toppings and paper bag of chips and every single table in the lobby is filthy I have to use wet wipes and a napkins just to clean a table off so that I can eat. Three employees one being the GM not a costumer in sight but me and the whole store looked like the Tasmanian Devil was running the place.

Honestly, just a solid restaurant with a tastier way to eat rice & chicken. I’d hate to see it go away.

Love this place although this particular day it was busy and only two people working. Otherwise wish we would get one on the other side of town

Great steak n rice bowls. The 2 employees making the food & checking people out were very personable and fun. Great experience.

Not as many sauces for your foods as other restaurants we had attended

I came into pepper Jax, today 9/18/24 around 2pm. It was going to be my first time trying their food, but I had heard good things! I know 2pm is an odd lunch time, but I work retail and was on my lunch break. There was no one in there, not even employees. Looked like a ghost town. The employees easily could have been in the back, no big deal, but I waited 4 mins, with no sign of anyone. I don't have very long for lunch, and I still had to go somewhere to actually get food. Very disappointed that I did not get to try Pepper Jax... And to be honest I don't usually work at the location I was at today. Very unlikely I'll go back in after today's experience.

First time here, and everything was great. We were greeted promptly, food was cooked right in front of us, all the toppings done just right, two meals with fries and a drink for $35. The place was clean and the employees were friendly.
