It was Easter Sunday after driving around trying to find something that wasn't just burgers, pizza and fries. I was craving a wawa or sheetz type of fast food sub. After driving to Moes and seeing that it was closed and Capriati was also closed. We stumbled into this place. Alot of vegetarian options. I went for the vegetarian option. So much flavor and the right amount of spices. It was an unexpected delicious stop for lunch.

I went to eat lunch here on a Friday afternoon and the food was 6.5/10 although the atmosphere is severely lacking 0/10of any type of character, design, background music, or absolutely anything including other people. I thought they were closed because it was completely empty. MOST IMPORTANTLY WATCH YOUR BILL!!! There was an additional 3% charge that I was not made aware of at all by the server or the menu or any signs anywhere. The portions were small for the price in my opinion, although they tasted decent. I felt badly for the server because he was very nice but he literally had ZERO knowledge of what the additional charge was for and had to contact the owner to get an answer.

Not enough can be said about the food, the staff, the everything here. Always a great experience dining in. Helpful to newcomers finding their pallet, or just fans of an incredible cuisine. Dishes are gorgeous, well prepared, real quality ingredients, and leaving you feeling like a part of the family.
this is hands down one of the best Indian restaurants I have eaten at in the corridor. I LOVE Indian food and have eaten at many places around town and in the IC area.
the portions were good sized. the medium spice was spicy enough to burn but not too much, perfect. the naan was super soft.
overall, I cannot believe I've not eaten here yet and I will DEFINITELY be back!

We drive all the way from North Liberty to eat at Persis it's one of the best Indian places that we been to in Corridor area! We normally order takeout and bring it home BUT this time we tried to dine in, and absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere. We received great right down to the Cook that brought us our food! We will always be returning customers! Thank you Persis for always making for a great experience!
This is my new favorite Indian restaurant ever. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly and willing to help you find a dish that fits your tastes! They often have temporary weekend specials that are not to be missed! The rotation of special dishes is really fun and unique. Give Persis a try, and you won’t be disappointed.Dietary restrictions: This place has a lot of different options that can fit any dietary need!
This restaurant is amazing!! The food is delicious, the environment is inviting and comfortable, and the staff are so kind. They give great recommendations if you are interested in trying something new.Kid-friendliness: There are options for kids which is great!!
Couldn't ask for more from a restaurant, will be a consistent stop in my food rotation from now on! Do yourself a favor, if you're even questioning it you should

Ate here for the first time last night! The service was amazing, the waitress recommended an amazing appetizer (fried naan) and it was delicious. We also had aloo gobi, buttered chicken, samosas, paneer and biryani, all of the dishes were amazing and full of flavor! Will definitely be back!
