Housed in an unassuming building in Cedar Rapids, they serve up outstanding traditional Vietnamese fare. A lifetime vegetarian raved about the quality of her tofu spring rolls. Our groups avowed carnivore dove into (menu #9.1) Specialty Mixed vegetable dish that features 6 different meats! We say Phong Lan's one of Iowa's Very Best restaurants.

Phong Lan is hands down my favorite Vietnamese restaurant! My go-to dishes are the spring rolls, Pho, and the absolutely delicious spicy beef lemongrass – I crave it all the time. This small, locally owned mom and pop shop never disappoints. Highly recommend! Yum!
