We have visited several times to play pickleball and duckpin bowling. The facilities are great and the food and staff are top notch.

I can't rate the food as I didn't eat but only came for drinks. The atmosphere was great as service and drinks were good especially for a Saturday night.

There's 1st floor with nice quiet atmosphere, more options on the menu, service was quick, food was good with good size portions.
3rd floor with plenty of outdoor settings on the rooftop, but a little noisy with loud music.

The places is very cute and clean and we always have fun with the kids when we come here.

However, I give it three stars because every time we've come, the staff has been mediocre at best. You can't find somebody to order from and when you do order from them, they don't know anything about the menu for food or drinks and it takes an extremely long time just to get a drink let alone food. Their attitude is always that asking them to do anything is a bother receiving a sigh when placing an order is not what anyone wants to experience.

If it wasn't for the kids enjoying the game, game here so much we wouldn't come back

The rooftop is pretty dope ! Has pickle ball and duck pin bowling. The price for 1h of pickle ball seems a bit too pricey for me but drinks are reasonably priced and the place is very nice overall.

Would highly recommend events at any portion of the Pickle Palace. Our event was held at the top floor. The space is beautiful, but their staff is even better. Starting from the beginning we worked with their fabulous event manager, Coady. Can I just say AMAZING. At our event, her planning, communication and attention to detail, made it a possibility to truly enjoy our event. She truly took care of all the details. The rest of the staff? Also, amazing. They were quick, kind, and acted like we were the only people there even when we weren’t. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience at the Pickle Palace, in every single aspect. The space is amazing BUT Coady and the staff is what truly make it because they are phenomenal.

First of all, I would like to start out this is my first time going there so it could be different in the day time. From the very first moment, we stepped in to the food side on the first floor we weren’t greeted well there were two hostesses sitting there, talking and they were finishing up their conversation after we walked in and we waited to be seated. We were seated and we had a server she came up to us. She asked for drinks that was OK, when she came back, she asked us if we wanted to order for food yet we didn’t know what we wanted so we waited. We waited for 20 minutes and we still didn’t get any service. We understand that can be hard for a server dealing with multiple tables so we waited for 20 minutes, but we were completely ignored. We were looked at, and we were just generally disappointed because multiple people have told us about this place and it’s great atmosphere and it’s great service and they had an amazing time but when we got in there, we were just disrespected. We didn’t get to try any food. That’s why there’s one star if we would’ve tried it. I bet we would’ve loved it. For my first experience going there it wasn’t living up to my expectations.

If you need a place to get a bite and play some games, this is your place. They got bags, jenga, ping pong, and bowling

Service was great and venue is neat-- but if you have more than 4 people in your party it's not the place to go. Not allowed to move tables together because "it's a liability." 2 extra chairs were sitting off to the side so we brought one over to our table--- nope, had to put it back. Several people left while we were there fo this reason. Definitely not patron friendly. The establishment could put a few tables together on their own for people, but none of them are. So 4 of us sat and 4 stood around our table-- with many open tables nearby.
