If you haven't stopped in to Pita'z Mediterranean and American Cuisine (Center Point Rd, Hiawatha) you're truly missing out. My husband and I stopped in again for dinner, and the gentleman behind the counter met us with warm cordiality. We're repeat offenders here, so we got our usuals, shish tawook with baby ganoush and chips (below) and gyro with hummus and chips, and a side of falafel. We came in to Pita'z for the first time after being given the recommendation by the guys at Dave Wright Subaru. We had the Gyro Pitas and they were incredible. The portions were huge, so we got a second meal from them.
I got the Hummus as a side. It was by far the best hummus I have eaten, made only better with your delicious Pita Chips.
Thanks for the great meal! We will be back when we come back in town.
