Terrible service by kitchen staff, managers and drivers. The wait time is ridiculous. When you call asking about your order, the staff is rude and condescending. Looks like we are a Domino's family now.

Just stood there in front of 2 people at the counter by myself for 5-10 minutes without even a hello, 1 counting tips and another talking on their cell phone about employees not feeling good. Walked out. Driving to the one on Mt Vernon Rd with hopes of ordering food! Acknowledge your customers!

Ordered a pizza for delivery, 1st pizza showed up wrong so I called. They said they were sorry and would replace the order, they asked me what I ordered. I ordered a thin crust pepperoni lovers with extra pepperoni and asked for jalapeños on half, they said no problem we will get it right out to you. The delivery driver showed up and gave me the pizza I opened it and did not say anything to the driver, the pizza was wrong again. Now this time I received a 1/2 pepperoni lovers and 1/2 a jalapeño lovers pizza, yes you read that correctly a 1/2 jalapeño lovers pizza, thin crust, cheese and a whole bunch of jalapeños with no pepperoni on that side. I had to wait almost an hour before I tried to write this review due to the shock. I am just flabbergasted at what I saw. Photo attached ??♂️??♂️.
If I could I would give this place zero stars. They were very rude over the phone, when I asked to place an order I was told “I’m not going to sit here and place an order over the phone for you while we are in a rush” and upon asking what they wanted me to do she told me to come in and order and what for it there (while they are backed up)

For anyone ordering from this location I would highly suggest ordering carryout and not delivery. First issue was Friday evening when I placed an online order and their system supposedly changed it to carryout, waited an hour and a half to find out then when I did receive our order it was cold. 2nd time was yesterday where i called in, waited 2 hrs and never received our order at which time I just canceled the order. I did call later and did carryout which they were timely on but delivery seems to be an issue.

This Pizza Hut has greatly improved with different employees. I only carryout and the pizza has been very good. Loses a star because the breadsticks are almost always cooked too long. Last batch was good so hopefully they got that figured out.
