We ordered from this Pizza Hut ....it was over an hour late, the pizza is wrong and cold, the sauce we paid for is missing and NO ONE there will answer the phone. This is quite literally not only the worst delivery experience I've ever had but definitely the worst Pizza Hut experience ever.

If I ever wanted to give a 0 star it was here. Traveling and got stopped for the night after a full day of travel. Kids wanted pizza. Waited an hour for delivery and nothing. Called in to see if something happened. Got sent to the call center. After an hour and two hang ups I got my order reordered. Told 50 mins. Well not a min later open hotel door and Pizza Hut delivery there but no pizza in the bag. Tried to take cash even though no pizza. Said no I’ll pay when you bring food. Another 2 hours later still no pizza. Worst experience

Ordered large 5 topping pizza hardly had any toppings some pieces didnt even have chicken on it other slices had 1 or 2 pieces on it. Had never few roasted red peppers as well

Terrible service by kitchen staff, managers and drivers. The wait time is ridiculous. When you call asking about your order, the staff is rude and condescending. Looks like we are a Domino's family now.

Just stood there in front of 2 people at the counter by myself for 5-10 minutes without even a hello, 1 counting tips and another talking on their cell phone about employees not feeling good. Walked out. Driving to the one on Mt Vernon Rd with hopes of ordering food! Acknowledge your customers!
