I placed an order from the app, it said the delivery was complete but I got nothing. I called and was forwarded to a call center in Memphis, TN who then placed a re-ordered. Again nothing delivered called again for a refund and the call center can't give refunds, they said I had to call, but since the calls don't go thru, I would need to email the manager. Now I can't find a manager to email. So I'm out $33.05 and no Pizza or bread sticks! Very unhappy customer!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! ordered through Pizza Hut and they deferred to have it sent it through door Dash without any notification… original order was given to a different customer and then notified us that another order was sent out and misplaced our breadstick’s and blamed us for using Door dash when we ordered direct from Pizza Hut and made my wife drive to the store to pick up forgotten items after we already waited 2 hours for 2 pizzas and an order of breadsticks. Only ordered because of a coupon otherwise order from any other respectable company that will actually fulfill their orders basically any other pizza place.

Order a 18 piece traditional wings for delivery last night, should of been $38 and some change right go to my bank today and says I was charged $76!!!! I call them to find out what the hell and they go and tell I was only charged for that amount I'll have to go to my bank to figure it out!!! They are the ones that told me that's why I'm calling you!!! Plus the mangers were extremely rude and unwilling to assist any better than they did.

I don't typically like Pizza Hut but I ordered two pizzas Nov-7-2023 because that's what my kids and husband like. So I ordered had it delivered. I ordered a Large stuffed crust cheese pizza and just a Large hand tossed pepperoni pizza. The delivery driver was so kind and caring. I got the pizza and wow It smelled so good, it looked so good and so I decided to give it a try.I was not disappointed at all, the amount of sauce was perfect, the temp of the food was spot on. I was so pleased with the food I'll be ordering again. Thank you Pizza Hut for great food and service. Edgewood Road In Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

I was expecting the worst based on yelp reviews, and I’m glad I gave them a chance. The only thing was the app said they’d deliver at 7:08pm and it came at 7:30 BUT when I called and asked about it the guy on the phone was nice, the lady who delivered was nice and the food was piping hot so no complaints from me. Good food and a good Monday night football game, what more can you ask for?!

Ordered directly from Pizza Hut delivery, the delivery person rang my doorbell and left with no food. Contacted the main store telling them they just left without delivering, I watched through my window waiting for them to leave as I ordered no-contact delivery, 3 mins later they arrived again with the same car in my garage saying "enjoy your food" ... were they about to ditch with my food? This is sus. Just leave the food. At the door. It's not rocket science.

I ordered a pizza at 8ish pm on door dash with a delivery time of 8:50pm just to have it pushed back over 25 min and get cancelled because they are to incompetent to make 1 pizza and some cinnamon rolls in a timely manner absolutely ridiculous….
