I was expecting the worst based on previous reviews, and I'm glad I gave them a chance. The only thing was the app said they'd deliver at 7:08pm and it came at 7:30 BUT when I called and asked about it the guy on the phone was nice, the lady who delivered was nice and the food was piping hot so no complaints from me. Good food and a good Monday night football game, what more can you ask for?!

They like to delete reviews instead of fixing the issue. So posting again will report it if deleted again. Just ordered today so will update if it happens again keep ordering pasta and every time so far haven't gotten plastic silverware used to at one time. Common sense when delivering somewhere that might not have access to some. If it happens again I'm done ordering here

The only Pizza Hit in Cedar Rapids with inside seating. They do have a limited menu, but that's okay.

Yuck. Pizza Hut are thoroughly missing their mark with this location. Rude employees that argue quite loudly behind the counter. Smoke infested deliveries make their pizza not edible. Other locations will deliver to you.

So I just learned about the Cheez-it stuffed pizza yesterday and all I have to say is I've a a week of let downs and this just topped it off. First I ordered it with pepperoni and I did not get that, second I didn't get any sauce. The cashier told me how delicious and cheesy they were so I better have a drink with them but all I can say is shame on you and your lies. I hate Pizza hut in the first place but this just solidified my decision and I had such high hopes for the Cheez-it pizza.

This would be the second time I ordered from pizza hut hoping to get good pizza and wings but i got my food and it was dry and hard like it was sitting for hours i was waiting 60 mins just to get nasty food that i didn't eat i wont order from here again trust me
