Where do I begin… we had a room reservation for 5 pm on a Wednesday when we arrived there was no one at the register for 13 mins mind u we were not the only ppl in like there was like 6 others behind us - as I was looking 👀 king for someone I noticed 3 staff just standing around not paying attending so this isn’t a staffing issue the kitchen was full of staff as well they couldn’t find our reservation although we had spoke on the phone that same day. When we arrived they put us in a dirty room that employee had been eating in they didn’t wipe down the tables . Also again at 5 pm on a Wednesday knowing we had a reservation there was no food on the buffet and the eggs that were on the salad bar were moldy when this was brought up to an employee they did t seem to care. Fast forward through the having to wait for food we try to reward our group for being so patient with game cards- that was a mistake the kiosk broke it took 21 mins before someone came to help and then not only was the employee extremely rude but the manager was as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone the place was dirty, the staff was rude and it was the worse experience I’ve ever had at any pizza ranch

The ever charged me and did not refund my money even though they knew that they were charged me.
Terrible place insurance way too much money

Pretty disappointed in Sunday night buffet. We were there for an hour and was able to get one piece of pizza each as the buffet was empty the entire time. Ice cream machine was being worked on and no dessert pizza. For paying $70 it was a very disappointing birthday dinner for my daughter. Not sure if you were understaffed or staff weren’t prepared properly but it wasn’t great.

The food was decent and the staff was helpful and friendly. However this place is disgustingly dirty. You’re lucky if you have a napkin holder at your table or if your table is clean.

Great food, kind staff. Only complaint was kitchen had a hard time keeping up with buffet when busy so options were pretty slim each time we went up.

we were in for lunch yesterday. we paid for the buffet and ordered biscuits for the buffet your way and was charged extra for them I ordered a triple sausage thin crust pizza it never came and neither did the 4 biscuits. when my wife triedb2btslk to the manager he was very rude to her and told her to go some where else.what?

Pizza Ranch Marion should not offer delivery as an option. The last two times I’ve ordered delivery it was a huge mess. The first time I ended up having to go pick it up. This time it’s apparently been driven around for over an hour even though I live less than five minutes from the store. I called to inquire about where the pizza was and was told it should be here any second. It’s still not here. Both times I ordered delivery it was for orders over $70. I thought the first incident had to be a fluke and gave them another chance, but clearly they cannot perform delivery service. I will not be ordering from them again. Additionally, having to call to speak to one of their “legendary ranch hands” to get help is not an easy process. The phone rings and rings and at times you have to call multiple times because the ringing finally rolls over to voicemail. Update: my food that was picked up from the store at 4:50pm has just arrived at 6:05pm and is all cold. I guess that what happens when the delivery driver carts it around for an hour and fifteen minutes.

My husband loves this place for their buffet. I think the food is pretty gross and never get my money's worth. Yuck.
