Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is numerous times already that we ordered, and they will tell you 10 minutes and then actually close to 40 to an hour. They are so poor on service.

Air strike this Popeyes asap, and restart the entire employee lineup from the ground up, restart from the asphalt & hire actual humans. Theres 0 reason I walk in and the entire place is smoking, and everyone working using slang.

Just my opinion if you don't like your job get a new one! I'm sure other places would pay more then Popeyes! Drive thur lady needs to change her attitude, rolling eyes being super unprofessional... and just rude. I'm 9 months pregnant and asked one question to ask
For a add on. Then tell me to drive around for 7 mins because my food wasn't ready. No problem waiting but the rudeness was unbelievable. Won't be coming back. Hire better people that want to work and like their job!

So I ordered Bone in Wings, Bone out Wings, Large Fry, Frozen Mango Lemonaide.

The fries were fresh and delicious. The two sandwiches, top tier. They were huge and moist. The Bone in Wings, amazing. Crispy and juicy and just flavorful.

The Bone out Wings were downright disgusting, inedible even. Like chewing a mix of rubber and cardboard. Everything was great, but those Bone Out Wings, please don't waste your money like I did.

The Mango Lemonade was all ice and no flavor. And what little flavor it had wasn't that good. That's my opinion about the Lemonade, those Bone out Wings though? That was facts, those nasty don't do it.

The chicken legs were old like way earlier in the day old the chicken tenders were way undercooked the mac and cheese was burnt the motivation and attitude was 100% negative disrespectful and highly rude some employees were all over their phones the fountain drink area looked like kids were just pouring pop out on the counter and the ice despenser had what looked like spit in it im good will be reporting to the food handler and health department with the proof we have we will not be going back til this is fixed this is just disgusting

Service super slow waited 15 mins for 2 spicy cix sandwiches and a cajun fry. After 15 mins i asked how much longer, they said another 15, which by the way the ladies doddled behind the conter 25 or more . With nobody in the restaurant.if your delivery driver be prepared to wait.

What in the world has happened with customer service at Popeyes. Several years back we would receive excellent customer service.
My husband ordered dinner in the drive thru. Simple- Chicken(not spicy), mashed potatoes and biscuits. It wasn't busy. He was asked to pull forward and it would be brought out in a few minutes... About 15 minutes later!!! He checked the biscuits, because we are always shorted a biscuit. He walked inside and wasn't greeted kindly. Asked for the missing biscuit. The employee proceeded to wrap it in a napkin and hand it to him!!!
Luckily, the chicken was perfect. I will say thank you for that.

Let’s begin. I ordered a 3 piece tender meal with fries tonight. I get home to find that I was given some chicken tender meal that had been sitting there for at least 30+ minutes, you could tell it was an old order anyways; there were 5 tenders, one of the Tenders was edible & barely warm. 2 more were so dry & old that you could barely even tear them apart. The final 2 that resembled Tenders were 90% just breading and again, so tough you could barely even rip them apart, more or less try to chew one.

The most edible part of the order was the fries, those were also cold. You can tell the order had been sitting there before my arrival because not only cold but also soggy.

Finally, the 2 employees I saw through the window. The guy helping me was pleasant, didn’t interact with me except for the bare minimum for payment/handing out food. I also saw a girl who dropped off my food, she did nothing but give me one of the dirtiest looks I’ve received in a long time.

This might just be the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend you choose to go anywhere but this Popeyes; the employees will seem as if they don’t want your business anyways. Save yourself the disappointment.

My chicken didn't have any flavor and my Cole slaw was either old or spoiled. As of right now I will not return and will let people I know.

They didn't have or was out of alot of what we stopped in for, which generally Popeyes have these menu items. So split a meal and went down the road to eat somewhere else.
