They screwed up literally every part of our order. We pre-ordered on the app, still had to wait 15 min. Asked for sauces, bag didnt have any. Asked for no gravy on the mashed potatoes, they had gravy. We were told that we were waiting on fries, the fries we got were ice cold and soggy.

They took very long with my order like 30 mins long and gave me the wrong item without letting me know

Before giving this review, I gave them two chances to make things right first time.I went there.They made me pull around the front.And I waited forty two minutes for my food and went still didn't come.I came inside and asked what the hell was going on?And then they still asked me if I would take a different type of chicken and I said, hell no.I've been waiting forty two minutes. The second time I pulled into the drive through and asked for a family meal with no spice, and they said it would be twenty five minutes to get chicken without spice.So I said, okay, I'll take the spicy and they said they didn't have any. Now this is five o'clock in the afternoon, and there's no traffic.And no customers coming through.Why in the hell would you not have chicken?At a chicken place when that's all you sell? Horrible management obviously and probably horrible workers. Avoid this location

I went through the drive-through. I waited 2 or 3 minutes, someone comes on and says welcome to Popeyes. Sorry we’re closing. We got a lot going on here …I come around and there’s a couple sitting in there eating a guy and a his little baby. I don’t know what they had going on, but I Think they literally could just close this location as there is always something going on.

Really good for popeyes we want to go the one in Iowa City but it was closed so we had drive to here to get it and it was well worth it and really good service so if you want southern food then this the place for you

I used the drive through and when I opened my bag the box lid wasn't folded open and just folded over. Everything else was good. Guy at the window was helpful and courteous.

I have never not had to pull over and wait an extremely long time. Had to wait over 30 minutes one time for two chicken sandwiches not to mention that they seem to like to pre close the kitchen hours early. They act Inconvenienced when you come through the drive-through. And they are always out of something, Last night they were out of shrimp, bacon, mac & cheese you name it. And when you pull up to the drive-through window, the kid in the kitchen thinks it’s funny Pointing And laughing At the drive-through window. 19 out of 20x, almost every time ever since they opened at this location. Can’t ever seem to get right, More worried about their drive timer for their drive-through.

I ordered chicken tenders combo meal and a sandwich. They forgot my drink and my sandwich!
Hopefully they get thier service figured out! When I called the restaurant no one answered.

It was luke warm food at best. I ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders meal. The chicken tenders were barely warm, the mash potatoes and gravy had a weird herbal flavor that was overwhelming even to the gravy. The pop was all carb no syrup

My food was great! Beans and rice was Delicious. Cook the spicy chicken fresh, well worth the short wait. I’ll be back!!!

Today I ordered a buy one get one free of there 6 piece wings threw door dash and was expecting garlic parmesan bone in wings but instead I got two orders of there lemon pepper bone in wings! I just called them now 4 times and got hung up on all 4 times! This will be the last time I will ever order from this Popeyes!
