I have been there many times and each worker has been courteous and respectful. The pretzel bites are always fresh and delicious.
I've been to the drive thru several times. I order the large combo that literally says a large drink and 2 sauces. I have yet to have them get it right. Typically I only get one nacho cheese.... for like 25 pretzel bites and the board says 2 and the last 2 times I've gotten a medium drink. I love the food but I won't be going often since they can't seem to get it right.

This place only has a drive through and they completely messed up our order. The lady at the drive through kind of sounded like she wasn’t paying attention at all. We asked for mozzarella pretzels with nacho sauce and pizza sauce. They gave us hotdogs pretzels only. Then when we said something they told us we had to pay for the mozzarella pretzels. We finally convinced them to switch out the hotdogs pretzels for the mozzarella. However they would not give us the nacho sauce because “it wasn’t rang up”. It’s not our fault you guys completely messed up our order???
Get rid of Robbie. I stood in line for fifteen minutes and mistakingly went to the wrong window. He told me. I had to get back to the end of the line even though the people just behind ne told him I had been in line. Just what we need... A Pretzel Nazi.
