One of their managers was a bit rude and unprofessional when my husband and I visited. he became rude with us because due to how busy it was he wanted us to pay our tab and leave. The Cedar Rapids location is terrible. The "manager" actually recommended to microwave my potato because it was cold and hard as a rock when I picked up a fresh to-go order. Then said "maybe don't order the potatoes again, we have a big menu." Now I see why it was dead in there on a Friday night.
