The fish was warm, tasted off, and, quite frankly, was some of the worst sushi I have ever had. The next morning, my party and I were sick. The server was amazing, but other than that, it was one of the poorest experiences I have had. Will not come back.

We usually do takeout, which is always great! Recently we went in the dining area and it was some of the best sushi we've had. The tuna was so good, flavors were excellent. The staff was nice and attentive. Definitely going back!

Order ramen, it was freezing cold. 0/10 I was a dine in customer.
Food was very good, but service was a nightmare. Took 15 minutes to even get a water, then after our food came we did not get checked in on the rest of our time in the restaurant. One of our sushi rolls was not given to us, so me and my girlfriend told the waitress about the missing roll. She said she would bring it out, and after waiting ANOTHER 30 minutes, we were just ready to leave. After asking for the bill and informing we didn’t want our missing roll anymore (an hour after we initially ordered), the waitress said “my boss is making you pay for the roll still. You can take it home with you.” In no circumstance should I have to wait an hour to receive a sushi roll on a slow Monday night. I will never be going back here after the service I experienced.

Incredibly bland, I had the pork belly ramen and the pork belly was boiled rather than fried or grilled. The bamboo shoots were the only thing I enjoyed. The broth was simply water, you could get more flavor from a maruchan packet. The egg had no flavor and was hard boiled as opposed to the traditional soft boiled egg. The gyoza was half decent with the sauce, borderline flavorless without. The server was nice enough.

I don’t like how the waitress said I didn’t finish signing the recipe, I was confused because I did sign it , he said tips are not included , y’all can’t make a person give you tips and I spend over 100 dollars in there trying something different, and the food wasn’t all that good the kids didn’t like it either

Great sushi restaurant close to the airport. I always love coming to red Ginger. Usually order the sashimi deluxe, Christmas roll, and tuna dumplings.
