Red Lobster

Server was missing most of the time.
I roamed the restaurant looking for her, or anybody, as she took glass to get a refill of soda and never returned.
Witnesses 2 people come in look around, give up and leave without being able to place a to go order.
Another who placed an order online for pickup and waited til bar tender came and told them she was sorry it wasn't going to be ready for quite awhile. When I told the waitress that people were in and left she was indifferent and said well I'm the only server here.
Well we were the only diners there!
Our bill total was approximately $125. It took well over an hour to be served. The main course.
Crab legs were cold.
Food was only mediocre in taste for the price.
2 pm on a Wednesday.
I was still gracious enough to leave a small tip, but will not return.

My husband and I ate at Red Lobster yesterday and everything was great, including our server Bernadette. Our food was fresh, hot and delicious. Those biscuits did not disappoint either. Bernadette did not miss a beat, we didn’t want for nothing and she was pleasantly friendly. Servers like that keep people coming back. We’ll definitely be back and we’ll ask for Bernadette.

I recently visited the Red Lobster in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and had such a great experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly smile and seated right away. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a nice, relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to enjoy our meal.
The food was outstanding! Everything came out hot and fresh — the lobster and shrimp were cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and the portions were just right. Of course, the Cheddar Bay Biscuits were warm, buttery, and absolutely delicious — we could have made a meal out of those alone!
What really made the visit special was the service. Our server was fantastic — very friendly, helpful with menu suggestions, and checked on us often without being intrusive. You could tell they truly cared about making sure we had a great dining experience.
Overall, I highly recommend the Red Lobster in Cedar Rapids. Whether you’re celebrating something special or just want a nice seafood dinner, this location always delivers great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

First time for everything! Loved it!

The food was delicious and got a great platter of food for the price! Then out comes a birthday dessert for my 73rd birthday!! Which was delicious too! The manager was so friendly and made sure to check with us at the end of our meal to make sure everything was satisfactory. The most important person during our meal was Pamela P. She was amazing and always smiling each time she came to our table. Will definitely be back!

The biscuits were so garlicky you couldn’t eat them. The waitress slammed my water down so hard we were surprised the glass didn’t shatter. My husband asked for a medium well steak and got rare. By the time he was about to get his redone steak we were all done eating: so he was upset and didn’t want it: The waitress did not know how to control her thoughts from showing on her face about our complaints and its unsettling that we came out to eat and our food was garbage and paid almost $140 for all of us to leave almost all our food besides fries. We won’t be back:

We were in town to celebrate my niece's birthday. We had a group of 7 plus a 4 month old. Our server, Chrystal, was amazing. She was very attentive and friendly. We loved her. The drinks, meal and desserts were all perfect. We don't get to Cedar Rapids often, but when we do, Red Lobster is our favorite and only restaurant we go to.
