Was pretty excited to go try the birria pizza! We got there on a Monday evening at like 530p... there were maybe 4 tables of two tops and a few solo diners at the bar, all of which had food and drinks already or being served as we walked in. We get seated and promptly got chips and salsa.. the salsa was delicious.. but this is when the lack of service kicked in. No drink order taken until we actually had to wave a server over after nearly 20 mins and we had finished our salsa....
The employees were very nice and went above and beyond for us. They were very attentive, caring, and helpful. And as usual our food was absolutely amazing!!!!! We love Rio Burritos!!!
Loved the food. Ordered the Barria pizza, which came with rice, beans, street corn, and consume. It was enough to feed like 3-4 people so I have lots of left overs. I love leftovers, especially when the food was good. Rice had a wonderful flavor. Beans were good. Street corn was yummy. Not big on the consume. Pizza itself was yummy. Ate too much, which included a doce de Leche cheese cake which was delicious.
