The restaurant itself is always clean. You walk in and are almost always greeted immediately. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The food is always cooked just as ordered, and always fresh. The birria tacos, birria quesadilla, fish tacos, and the queso flight are just a few of our favorites.
Was pretty excited to go try the birria pizza! We got there on a Monday evening at like 530p... there were maybe 4 tables of two tops and a few solo diners at the bar, all of which had food and drinks already or being served as we walked in. We get seated and promptly got chips and salsa.. the salsa was delicious.. but this is when the lack of service kicked in. No drink order taken until we actually had to wave a server over after nearly 20 mins and we had finished our salsa....
The employees were very nice and went above and beyond for us. They were very attentive, caring, and helpful. And as usual our food was absolutely amazing!!!!! We love Rio Burritos!!!
