Had not been here in quite some time, forgot how good the food is. Both my husband and I had a very good meal, service was great. Also tried a mudslide, which was delicious.

I ordered from here a few times over the last 24 months food is reasonably priced and delicious & have never had a problem until tonight. I ordered the fish and fries and the fish wasn't as golden brown like usual but hey.. I started to eat and got a nice fork full of fish & tarter sauce in my mouth I noticed a sour taste & a off smell. I forked through the fish but because I put tarter sauce on all the fish I can't tel if the fish is spoiled or the tarter sauce is spoiled I called the restaurant & to let them know and the lady on the phone @7:09 pm on 02/23/2024 informed me it's because she cooked the fish as soon as I ordered it and it only takes 6 minutes to cook so because the Uber driver waited 20 minutes to pick food up it spoiled.( Wow I was taken back by her explanation) then she very nastily directed me to call Uber because I ordered through a 3rd party. (Like wow again) as I began to tell her she misunderstood my issue she yelled and said we don't give refunds and hung up. I called back and she sent me to voicemail (again wow) I called from my neighbors phone & some one answered (I think it was her) I explained the same thing to this lady and she told me to contact Uber eats they don't do refunds(wow) I informed her this isn't an Uber issue it's a quality issue & asked to speak to a manager she stated they don't have managers(wow) I asked if this was a franchise/corporation/or a family owned business she told me locally owned (so family business) and I asked for email and let her know I would email & come in the morning to complain in person she told me just email & gave me the email address. Never again will I eat order or recommend rock bar american grill! It may not hurt their business not my goal but this is part of the problem when you try to support locally owned family businesses bad customer service ! & the attitude that one less customer won't hurt. It's true but why lose a customer over a meal that cost you $4 to make? My contribution over the last 24months wasn't a lot but I will be one less customer & it won't be over the spoiled food it will be over horrible customer service

Mac & Cheese and marg were amazing! Portion was huge....got 4 meals out of it! Excellent service. Music playing at low enough level you could actually talk.

Love this place I take my grandkids there in the afternoon for lunch. They're only open from like 11 to 2. (For lunch but please check that) and than open again at 2 for the evening . The mozzarella sticks are made homemade in house and are amazing. We crave their burgers !! Yummy !! There is a Very handsome blonde waiter. That is always so fun and has Great customer service. It's worth it to overlook the parking situation downtown !!

We had such a great time here. Walked in looking to watch my niners football game. Only to find a fellow Niner watching on his iPad. Share his stream so we could all watch. Servers was amazing & food was great!

This was my first time here. Food and drinks are great! There was a Halloween Party that was a big hit, and the atmosphere was awesome! Highly recommended!
Don't order a cheeseburger from here on GrubHub....it may turn out to be a chicken breast they'll do nothing about and then refer to to contact GrubHub for the mistake. Won't be ordering here again!
