Terrible customer service. My husband and I ordered a stuffed cheese pizza for dinner (we are catholic and can’t have meat on Fridays) my husband picked it up, paid, got home and realized we had the completely wrong pizza (thin crust sausage) so we called and they said “I’m sorry you got what you paid for” …. Yes I understand that but it’s wrong and we can’t eat it.. he also said the order was read back to us which is incorrect because we would have said no that is not what we ordered? He again said we got what we paid for and said we can order again and wait another 45 min. Such a joke!

Tried again today, seen good reviews since my last visit. SUCKED! Definitely over cooked and way to much sauce. Now I remember why I gave it bad reviews...... almost 50$ for bad food

EXCELLENT Chicago style pizza. Ordered from there to go and they even put sauce in a separate box so the crust doesn't get soggy. This is now our "go-to" pizza place!

Didn't eat any pizza, just enjoyed the music & great service.
Half price pizza tonight. Was our first time having Sam's chicago style pizza. It was every bit as good as Lou Malnatti's in Chicago. Staff was very friendly and efficient.We will definitely be back again!

Gotta give them NO STARS! They took upon themselves to cancel my pre-order using excuse 'too busy' to make my order. They had 4 hours notice but still couldn't deliver. Would not recommend them at all if you're hungry, go elsewhere.
