Placed a pick up order for cold brew with lucky charms cold foam but received brown water that had no taste of either coffee or marshmallows. Was not even drinkable. Will not be returning.

This Scooter's is always great. Very friendly and they all love my dog which always makes it worth going. The drinks are also good. Can't say I have ever had anything bad.

My wife and I have went to Scooters many times. I feel like we are always kind when we go in there. I understand thst orders are constantly messed up. It can be hard to run a coffee shop. But let me just say that every single time we have made a comment about our drinks getting messed up, the customer service has been horrendous, with the manager and the assistant manager being the worst. I don't think I've ever had a manager, even an employee, be so rude to me in my life. To say I was insulted is putting it lightly

I've had multiple u pleasant customer service experiences there but today was the worst. To preface, I'm dealing with some very serious things having to do with relatives in the hospital and it has weighed very heavily and made me fragile. I wanted some relief so I chose this location for a quick coffee. At the drive thru, I had a nice conversation with whichever worker on the other end trying to figure out if syrups can go in cold foam. I just wanted a cold brew with pumpkin cold foam. Once I got to the window I was handed a cold brew with pumpkin syrup in it but no cold foam. At first I nicely explained what it was supposed to be and the mas presenting person at the window had stated that wasn't written down on the order. I said I had a conversation with the person taking my order to make sure we got the specifics right. They then told me, "well next time have the person driving you order so we can hear you." They're tone was very bitter. I had trued to explain that we had agreed on the order and I thought it was understood but they rudley cut me off and said, "well do you want us to make that or just take what you have? I didn't hear any of what you said," every time I tried explaining they were uncooperative and rude. I ended up just taking the drink and giving it to my friend and went to Starbucks instead. The kirkwood location is so much kinder and I will never come back to this location.

Kid-friendliness: The menu has a kids combo comes in a box that has a surprise in it. Very cute.

Apparently they use a shelf stable half and half at this location which leaves the coffee chunky and has the most unpleasant feeling and taste in your mouth. When i went in to get a refund, i got a lecture about "i assure you its good" and then was offered alternatives i have no interest in. Atmosphere around wanting refund was condescending and i wont be back to this scooters ever again.

I frequent several Scooters Coffee shops around the Cedar Rapids area. I almost always order the same thing, with the primary variation being the flavoring. I order a large ____ iced latte with an extra shot and extra milk (all requests made at the speaker outside in the drive through). The first time I ordered this at the Westdale location when I got to the windows they were exceptionally rude about the extra milk saying that it wasnt allowed, in fact one employee yelled at another over me wanting the extra milk to the top. I believe I ended up talking to the owner at a later time as I left a review in their app. He stated this was not a Scooters corporate policy and would contact the store. Fast forward to a week or so ago and I decided to try this location one more time. I made the same order, same request with unfortunately the same result. Although this time there was only one employee working so no one got into trouble. The batista even called the manager to check her policy. I always make the request for extra milk at the speaker to give the option for an up charge as I'm willing to pay for what I prefer it to taste like. I can easily say I'm willing to drive to the 1st Ave location to avoid the one by Westdale at all possible costs.

The past several times coming to this location the service and quality of drink you get is poor. They updated their app and took out the review section and everything went down hill. Ordered the new s'mores drink and in the picture it shows like Graham cracker pieces broken up on top. Mine didn't have that. While waiting at the window there were 2/3 employees just standing there chatting, before she decided to open the window and scan my app. This isn't the 1st time this has happened. Actually every time I've come in the last several months it's been this way.
