Went to drive threw ordered 38.85 in items. Tried pay with a 50 bill said she could not except it and make change for people with 50 or 100 dollar bill. I asked so if I ordered a 2 dollar item could I pay with a 20 she said sure I can make change for that. Owner needs to get a manager who can count with out a calculator. So I am sure she used 20 in supply's to make items and threw it away. Also as a owner of a business I would not turn profit away I will never go back to this location by westdale mall again it was a waiste of time. Also asked to reach manager and was told there owner does not take calls and no way to reach them.

Found a gnat in my gfs cold brew. Tried calling the store twice during open hours, to inform them about the cold brew, no one picked up the phone.

We purchased 4 large infusions and the ice was melted before we got out of the parking lot. None of the drinks were drinkable they were so watered down.

Scooters is a nice place to have a homey conversation with a friend. A cozy fireplace and quiet atmosphere. I have never tried the food here, but the tea and coffee are good.

I'm not sure if something was changed but I got a turtle latte iced and all I taste is bitterness...maybe from a dark chocolate but too much of it. I'm very disappointed this time and this is my normal go to.

Scooters is my favorite place to get coffee, smoothies, and quenchers! I love the atmosphere. I love how they tell us to scoot around which is so cute. I usually visit the location in Moline, but they do have locations in Iowa City, cedar rapids, and I believe Clinton area. My husband has to go to scooters every morning to start his day ? also, their point system in the way you earn smiles is excellent because you get free drinks and other food items. I can't say enough about scooters!
Stupid teenage staff couldn't even sell me espresso beans because they weren't prepackaged. Finally made the switch to another coffee brand as a result.
