Never gets my order right. Always get drinks with coffee all over the outside of our cups. Out of all the scooter's in the area this location has the worst service. I keep trying because of location but it's just not worth it.

Today's scooters experience was the best of the best! The guy who had (I assume) all of the interaction with me, both taking my order and interacting at the window, was amazing. He was so nice and charismatic and I can't even say enough nice things. It was so refreshing to go to a drive thru and see smiles and good attitudes instead of the "it's just a job i hate people" attitude that I see so often elsewhere. This kid is going places, and to the owners: keep him around as long as you can!

Love, love, love this scooters! Right near my house so I visit often. Their work week staff is always so friendly and go above and beyond.

The coffee is fine-ish (when made correctly) and the workers are friendly, but most times I stop here my order is wrong. I don't order anything complicated, and it's still wrong. Today's order: hot vanilla latte and hot chocolate with whipped cream. The vanilla latte was served in a hot cup, but was cold and tastes more vanilla milk and no coffee at all. And they put the whip on the latte instead of the hot chocolate. The other instances my order was wrong it was usually because they made the drink iced instead of hot. Just super basic stuff that they can't get right.

Drinks are great but the past times I've been going they haven't been giving me my points they scan it but I don't receive them.

These last drinks were so bad that we got through the drive thru that when we tried them we dumped them out and wrote it off. No thank you! I don’t know how they are so popular and opened another location in Marion!
